Visted york tandori last night and i can honestly say its one of the best currys ive ever had.

We've been using this place for 20 years + (gosh, I'm only 40, but that sounds ancient)! Anyway, it's THAT GOOD. Aesthetically it's not much of a looker admittedly, and the location isn't great, but it's one of those hidden gems. Authentic dishes, cooked spot on EVERY time and always great value too
We used to eat at York Tandoori when we were students at York, St John’s 29 years ago. We returned with our 3 sons in tow and it didn’t disappoint. The food was excellent and the staff still as welcoming. Looking forward to another meal there already!
