We had the festive afternoon tea which is very nice and yummy! Friendly and very helpful staff members were on duty. We can’t finished and she packed it for us to take away. Latte is freshly prepared and the green tea is very nice too! Would recommend and return to try brunch. Thxxxx
We stopped here for a drink and a slice of cake. It was a quiet time which was good. The service was prompt and the cakes were lovely as always. It’s a good choice in the Food court in this outlet village.

We arrived here with our afternoon tea voucher, to be told no afternoon tea items available today due to busy weekend . We were offered a variety of choice from the menu and cake, nothing was too much trouble. The young guy who served us was fantastic, super customer service throughout.
Ordered the all day breakfast on recommendation from someone, we wasn't disappointed. Everything about the breakfast was spot on, couldn't fault it. The drinks are equally as good here, especially with one of there fab cakes. Service was quick & the staff are professional too
Been here many times as my parents really enjoy it, and it's a safe bet that the service will be decent as will the food. If you get there early, for breakfast, service is quick. Fairly decent value, food portions can be a little small. Cakes are fantastic(ally unhealthy).

Just had lunch at the York Outlet branch. I had a swiss cheese and mushroom omelette and my partner had ham and tomato omelette they came with a very small green salad/garnish, which had one drop of dressing on and fries. We also had tea for two.

Called in for a quick bite. Staff were polite, courteous and accomodating. They made us a bacon toasted sandwich, even though it wasn't on the menu, which was delicious. A pleasant visit- thank you.
