Lovely little place, good selection of bagels, toasties, sweet treats and drinks. Offers vegan and gluten free options (including breads and bagels) and is dog friendly, they even have a dog gallery wall!
Would recommend the cold brew nitro coffee with tonic and lime, never heard of it before and wasn’t sure how it would taste but it was fantastic!

Very pleasant ham, cheese and tomato toastie with good white americano for £8.80. In the back room it had the good feeling of being in someone's home, which probably was once. Nice chap serving. No laptop policy.
We liked Bison Coffee so good we went there 2 days in a row.
The bagels with pastrami, cheese, pickles and tomatoes are excellent, the bagel turkey club was excellent.
The brownies and canolis are excellent!

A lovely little independant coffee shop. The coffee is fabulous too. Great range of delicious hot, sweet and savoury snacks. Would reccomend.

Very professional staff,the owner is very polite and humble person. I am very fussy when it come to bad attitude from staff,but this place customer service is excellent,you feel your are welcome from the minute you walk in.i had a latte and it was proper italian latte.i will go again to this place for another quick snack and coffee. love the vegan chicken bagel❤️❤️❤️Next time gonna try their brownies. Cosy and peaceful environment. Best place to have a teatime after a tiring day! However, there are limited seats as this is a small coffee shop. Try to visit at non peak hours 😁
This cafe serves lovely coffee, both regular and decaf, and also serves a number of chocolate brownies with different flavours. The staff also could not be more friendly and welcoming.
Lovely little coffee shop. I got a cheese and tomato toastie and a vegan Oreo brownie and both were delicious and fairly priced. This place seems to be a good stop-off for cyclists and has outdoor seating which was ideal for a hot day like today. It is very convenient for a walk around the city walls which we did after visiting.
Amazing, friendly and informative staff, fab coffee with great decor. Definitely recommend if you're on the outer edge of York!

Really chilled cute cafe, great bagels and coffee.
Very small café, but one of the best you'll find in York. It's a favourite with university students and offers a wide variety of coffees and light bites. I have visited this coffee shop well over a dozen times and and will continue to frequent it. Highly recommend stopping in if you're in the area.
Great coffee and the most amazing brioche bun with egg & halloumi, Korean bbq sauce. Got to sit outside in the January winter sun
If you like: rock, cozy but super cool places and an absolutely great coffee then boy, oh boy! You should definitely visit this place! :)
Only small minus? It's super super small, so if there's like 10 people inside..it would be quite crowded, but hey! Just give it a try

Wonderful atmosphere, perfect cosy hideaway for those rainy days. Had the most sublime bagel, there was so much to choose from! Coffee was wonderful and the staff were so helpful and welcoming. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone.
Charming atmosphere. Light blues and not many people (I visited on Wed at 1 pm) so you can enjoy calmness :) lovely stuff and quite nice coffee. I loved this place💜
Lovely little coffee shop! Came in with a friend and had a fantastic brownie and latte. Cute old building with plenty of seating in the back. Fun pop-up vintage clothing rack as well!
