Diana's Cafe (formerly The Nice Cream Factory) - York - Photo album

Diana's Cafe was quite a small off the beaten track little place. Really sweet. Came in and ordered a nice bacon omelette. Staff were really friendly. Unfortunately having one toilet meant there was a bit of a backlog of people wanting it all of a sudden. The food was a bit slow coming out but delic
Super unique liquid nitrogen ice cream, with a wide range of flavours to choose from. The ice cream is made fresh right in front of you so that’s very fun to see and the staff were super friendly. Got a huge portion of pistachio ice cream too and it was way bigger than I had expected, it had an incr
I had the most delightful experience at Diana's cafe thanks to Lili's outstanding service! From the moment I walked in, Lili greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. Her friendly demeanor instantly made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. She went above and beyond to accommodate my
Have had a few visits to this lovely cafe since its ownership change to Diana's Cafe. The food and staff are always fantastic and my speciality coffee and thick slice of homemade cake come to 5 pounds, a bargain considering its central location close to The Shambles... Would definitely recommend th
Had lovely eggs benedict. Compliments to the chef Lili. Great service and the cafe had a nice chill vibe.
The staff are so friendly and welcoming, big thank you to Harriet and Lili for such lovely service. Got an iced chai vanilla latte. There were so many syrup options to choose from and also lots of milk choices! The toasties and baked goods are also amazing. Can’t wait to come back and try their incr
Had an amazing brunch here. The chap even showed my 6 year old how he made the ice cream using liquid nitrogen. This was after I’d been rude, questioning why he couldn’t have two flavours…. Missing the fact that it was freshly made to order! Thank you, loved it!
Delicious ice cream made "there and then" in front of your eyes using liquid nitrogen. Loads of flavours to choose from .... we had 1 biscoff and 1 Maltesers.
Went in for an ice-cream, was given it promptly and it was really good! My friend had The Clifford and enjoyed it thoroughly!
Awesome little cafe, had a salted caramel brownie, which was to absolutely die for and an Americano coffee, which was so good I didn’t feel the need to add sugar. The girls in the shop are absolutely lovely, a great smile and make the place feel extremely welcoming. 10/10
