Lucky Days Church St - York - Photo album

Came across this wee spot when searching for breakfast Saturday morning. Great selection delicious pancakes and the fry was spot on. Quirky interior and very clean. Staff very helpful good service despite it being very busy. Worth a visit would liked to have tried the cakes they looked delic
Had a lovely lunch in York at Lucky Days, which was quite expensive, but worth it as food was lovely. There is quite an extensive menu, with very clearly marked allergens, good for people who are vegan/vegetarian or have an allergy to milk/wheat, etc. I decided on an open sandwich, which was £13.00
We had a delicious breakfast here. Full English Yorkshire breakfast, Shakshuka, American pancakes, coffee, fresh juice. All were delicious, quickly produced and served. Our waitress was under supervision whilst in training, and it's great to see staff being properly trained. Nothing not to like here
I really loved the concept of this place, where they have rotational salads and a good offering of daily soups, sandwiches and hot food. The staff were really nice and helpful in adjusting our order to whatever we wanted, and the food itself was simple but perfect for a easy and light lunch.
Lovely experience. Staff all very friendly and attentive. Very personal experience. We couldn't of asked for more. Food was all fresh produce. Absolutely delicious and high recommend
Lovely, cosy space with delicious cakes and delightful staff. Stopped by here for a coffee and a cake. I was very excited to see a couple of gluten free options (as well as vegan). I highly recommend the gf triple fudge cake. The music and atmosphere were great and the staff were so friendly and kin
Food was lovely, dog friendly which is always a bonus and the scones were yum! Only thing i would say is it was a touch pricey for what you got but non the less was still a nice brunch.
Really cute place for brunch in York. Tulips on the tables were a sweet idea. The food was really nice - had the open chicken sandwich and you get a choice of 3 salad options to go with (I would recommend the pasta and couscous). All tasted fresh. And the staff who welcomed us in were excellent. Wai
Just eaten at Lucky Days York and had to pop on and leave a review… The lunch menu is superb, as is the friendly service. The food was sensational, with a choice of 3 out of 6 salads to have with your lunch, all with genius combos of ingredients. We had the Moroccan soup and the pulled pork panini.
Have never been here before, but we (the family and I) wanted to find somewhere to have a bit of something to eat, before we headed off home. We came across Lucky Days, as it wasn't too far from Castle car-park and it had gluten-free options, which was a bonus. The lady who served us was really plea
Lovely lunch here - we wanted something healthy and filling. The service was very good and the food excellent. Thank you.
This was a nice cafe. The hot chocolate and the chocolate fudge cake was very delicious. They also make their own fresh, flavoured scones which are nice. It’s a little small inside, and the toilets are up several flights of stairs. However, the place was clean and well kept. The staff are friendly t
Stunning breakfast. The girls working were lovely. Will deffo be going back. Thanks everyone at Lucky Days. Set me up for the day Christmas shopping. 👌👌👌 X
Called here again for a couple of brews and a salad. Food as always was good but it's so refreshing to see and receive good service. Both Toby and Oscar are a credit to your business and couldn't have been more polite and helpful.
Didn't think we would get a seat as so busy, ended up in the loft room were we had to the room to ourselves. Food was excellent and service good. Good selection of different salads to go with the various open sandwiches, etc.
