This place is an ‘experience’. Menu is unique with ample veg and vegan options. Certainly on+20/head side, but probably worth it. Ordered aubergine Parmesan, it was super. The also the vegan breakfast is super nice. Coffee and chai latte was so so. The portions are satisfying. Will visit again when
Good quality, slow service, Worth the price? Maybe, if you want to spend more than 20$ (per person) for a warm breakfast. Better to reserve in advance, on weekends, it is crowded, and you have to wait, a minimum of 10 minutes, up to around half an hour. They have a tent to extend the sitting area
The food and portions 10/10. I’m a massive foodie and I highly recommend, our server was absolutely lovely too, super smiley and happy to assist with a gluten intolerance. Worth getting a booking for breakfast as they fill up quickly!
The shop’s atmosphere was pretty good. Two people tried to go in for a quick coffee but we were told the shop is closing, only we can get takeaway. We asked again - only need cups of coffee use the toilet and we’ll be out and we did exactly what we said. I couldn’t taste lovely looking filo pastry o
Absolutely amazing. Fantastic coffee! Wasn’t sure about the Persian Eggs being scrambled but they were epically good - perfect mix of spice, heat and sweetness - and just the right amount. Wish I lived here and could go back every month! Chilled, but lovely, atmosphere. Staff were all so nice! :)
Partisan is such a beautiful cafe! The food, the atmosphere, down to the menus. Everything about this place is perfect! The food is amazing, and I have loved it every time I have visited!
Find out about this place via google search "best breakfast in York" & was not disappointed! On a busy Saturday morning staff welcomed us in without a reservation and quickly got us our hot drinks. The food is incredible, affordable & just what you need to get you started with the day! ... Later
Beautiful little bakery cafe a stones throw from the gate we entered the city from (7 mins from train station). Bigger on the inside than expected with additional heated seating out the back. Incredible, ever changing selection of baked goods at good prices (£4-5 each) as well as a satisfying brunch
Came here for brunch on a weekend. The french toast was absolutely amazing. They were very busy so food took a while to come, but we weren't in a rush and the staff were all super friendly. We also bought some pastries/cake from the bakery to take away which was also really good! Would absolutely re
Sometimes, looks are definitely deceptive. When walking past Partisan, it didn't look all that appealing. It was plain curiosity about the queue outside that drew us in, only to discover what a fantastic place this is. A brilliant range of food to cater for every taste. All served by very welcoming
