My mum and I had nuggets and chips here while we were waiting for our coach back to North Wales. The owner was very friendly and the food was just what we needed! If we are ever in York again, we would definitely come back here!!

It is fish&chips take away with tables inside (first floor). Lovely fish in crispy batter with chips and mushy peas topped with tartare sauce made a good ending to a nice day. Charming gentleman helped us to make sure choice and delivered food straight to the table upstairs.
P.S. Toilet was clean and tidy.

Very good Fish and Chips. Cooked to order. Same price to eat in as takeout. The owner recommended today's Cod and it was very nice. Friendly and a very pleasant space upstairs. Right next to a large car park and just a couple on minutes walk from the Minster. Would totally visit again.
Popped in for bags of chips today. Best chips I have ever tasted. So nice, not greasy and piping hot! The staff were very friendly. Will return on my next visit to York

We had lrg cod and chips, if you eat in, you get bread and butter for no extra cost, also, we had battered mushrooms. Ice cream selection is good, as are prices.
