I have to say I don’t fully expect high quality of customer service when coming to Macdonalds, and to be honest I don’t blame the young staff, they are treated horrendously by the public. But one lad stood out on my recent visit with my kids and I feel he deserved some recognition for his high standard of service. His name is James, he was running the floor on the day I visited, which was 16/08/23 at about 1.30. He was incredibly friendly, immensely helpful and just a breath of fresh air. We all commented on how lovely he was, offering to clear our food, offering to assist in anyway, just a credit to that store.
Great just the standard McDonald's eatery, was very busy but no problem managed to get a table food was as it should be quickly served freshly cooked and everything you expect. Staff were friendly and busy trying to keep tables free of spillages, dropped chips etc. Have no complaints was just what was needed at the time. Satisfied the hunger. Only one minor fault they had run out of the special tomato sauce for the cheesy nuggets, but it was bank holiday and was very busy.
Food is always good when you eat in.
At busy times restaurant prioritizes drive thru orders instead of customers inside. overall good staff and good experience. Try to avoid going at peak hours as it will be jam packed with kids

Standard Mcds really. This is our closest one and come by every now and then with the kids. Parking isn't bad, staff are friendly, it's clean inside and out. Speedy. Food is decent and the milkshake machine is usually working
Used the drive through, and ate my breakfast in the car, but did go in to use the loo. All neat and tidy and clean. Had a double bacon and egg Mc muffin, and a hash brown.
Went here recently and a lad with black hair with a dreamy smile served me. when he turned around GOD DAMN he does not miss leg day his glutes low-key memorised me and I might have to make some more regular visits 😏😏😏
They seemed to have changed the hash browns for something that tastes rubbish. New breakfast bun...all you can taste is overpowering ketchup. Not impressed
Fastest service I have experienced at a McD. All the food was hot.
Even asked by a staff member if meal was OK.

Fast service but check your food before you leave. Multiple times I’ve had missing food.
Hot mcplant,hot fries,best I’ve had anywhere, the atmosphere inside my car was hot the car park at mc d’s was busy, now for the rest of my journey home from Sardinia
