Always a friendly clean Cafe. The food is always top notch , and cheaper than most pub food.
Great coffee too.
I usually go at least once a week and would recommend to anyone.
But I am a meat eater and would never order a salad but by the looks of whatโs been served to others it looks very fresh.
Free parking at Tesco helps too.

Just love the 2 yeovil tambourinos and the one in street is fab not tried Sherborne ....lovely welcome always fantastic food also had two xmas day dinners in tambourinos street 1st year brilliant 2nd year even better 6 courses to graze thro 4 hours of great food ....and no washing up ....

Been here many times and they never disappoint!! food is excellent and the staff make you feel extremely welcome. The atmosphere is wonderful no matter what time in the day you arrive. Perfect for birthday celebrations aswell !
I tried the tamburino in street and it was good. This one has also a high quality dough in the pizza and plenty of italian dishes to choose from. Staff is friendly snd efficient. The place was not busy but they cared about every detail of the service anyway.

Good italian restaurant. We had one Gola pizza and one san daniele. The dough is amazing, really well cooked, best part of the pizza. The staff were really good and efficient and nice. Place confortable and cozy. Nice terrace for sunny days.
Superb all around. Food, service. Always a pleasure to be in their company. Steak on the bone done perfectly and so tender. Best steak in town by far. Kids love the food. Portions perfectly sized for space for dessert. Thank you Tambourino for the excellence you always offer.

Food and service were excellent. We were a large party, but everyone got their meals at the same time. It was mid-week so was only half full. However, the atmosphere was still pretty good.
Excellent meal, great menu with a very lively atmosphere. Quite busy but the waiters were very organized and we didn't wait too long for our food which was excellent.

An absolutely wonderful experience! Tamburinos is all you'd expect of a proper family-run Italian restaurant. A great selection of properly tasty Italian food, with great pride taken in it's cooking and presentation. And great service too. All at a pretty reasonable price - it doesn't get much better than this...
No wonder it was absolutely heaving when we ate here on Saturday Night (do book ahead, or you might miss out!)
This place is a definite recommendation if you're staying at the Yeovil Premier Inn just over the road.

Now I would've given this place 5 stars however there was a man in the corner, drinking, miserable and shouting at the staff. I watched and listened to him shout and abuse the waiters which were lovely and later I found out it was the owner. Really rude and ruined the experience for me and he should not be doing that Infront of the customers or ever for that fact. Now to the food, it was lovely. Probably the best pizza I've had in ages and my work mate had the spaq bowl which he also said was lovely. The waiter and waitress were both lovely and professional and the service was excellent. I will definitely come back again as long as the boss is nowhere to be seen and then maybe I'll give it 5 stars.
