Excellent service we've been here twice and the service is very good and friendly too.
The presentation and portion size is great too, the taste is always superb too. You can tell the food is made fresh and the vegetable art that accompanied our starters looked and tasted the delicious.
We had satay chicken and spring rolls which were both fabulous and the sauces super delicious π
The main courses were also fabulous. I had the special chicken curry which was hit and super tasty.
I'd not hesitate to recommend lamjuan to family and friends looking for great value and great Thai food π²
Food was very good quality, came on a night where there was a work night out happening but staff were friendly and got our food to us quickly!
We ordered a full vegan takeaway and the flavours were amazing. Didn't take long to arrive either. Definitely the best tasting one around here.
Would be great if they did some vegan Thai crackers rather than the free prawn ones we were given but other than that I'd buy again.
Dined here as a party of four and had a really good evening. There are a huge range of dishes on offer and all the ones we ordered were really delicious - and good portion sizes too. Everything was very well priced and the service we received from all the staff was really good. Got to spend some time chatting to both Mike and Juan and found them to be a lovely couple of people. These are the sorts of places Yeovil needs!

We found this place completely by accident while desperate for dinner in the middle of a long journey. Don't be put off by the humble interior, the food is sensational. We have eaten Thai regularly around the UK, in Thailand and in Malaysia and this was simply the best we have had. The food is cooked fresh to order, and it shows. I had the beef red curry and the vegetables were crisp, and retained their flavour, the balance of coconut milk in the curry was perfect, it was colourful and fragrant as Thai food should be, and it was properly spicy.
What's more the portions were generous and the cost very reasonable.
Since it is freshly prepared I suspect that you would have to be patient when they are busy - but trust me, it is worth the wait. We live in the Torbay area (over an hour's drive to Yeovil), but would travel there specially for this food!
Popped in for a cheeky mid week takeaway. Didnt know what I wanted except for some Thai πΉπ. Explained my quandary and the owner make a suggestion of his favourite. Food was cooked whilst I relaxed with a beer. Food was spot on. Hot fresh and beautifully seasoned. What a fantastic mid week pick me up.
Lamjuan has a fantastic service. And the food is one of the best I've tasted out of all the local thai restaurants.Full of flavour and leaves you feeling totally satisfied. The fish and meats taste really good quality and all the veg is fresh. Visited with friends on a few occasions and also use as my local takeaway.

Following up a recommendation we gave this a try with a takeaway today. Firstly the staff were very friendly and helpful. It just got better as the food was exquisite, fantastic and any other similar description you can think of! Very authentic. We'll be back. Great rsnge of food.
Awesome Thai food, if you don't mind being a little on the small side for dining you won't find a better Thai restaurant anywhere locally. Very friendly staff and they cater for all your tastes wether hot or mild just ask for an adjustment to any dish and you will be rewarded with a happy full feeling.

4th time ive ordered from lamjuan... every time I'm more than happy. Food quantity.. quality is great. Flavours great and I'm a keen Thai food fan. I was made aware by the owners that certain days may require a longer pre order time.. so I take that advice and always order early and am happy to date π chicken panang is my fave.. chicken satay sticks and fishcakes are a keen fave also. Visited here to get takeaway - food was delicious and made fresh. Everyone else who tried the food had nothing but good things to say about it. The man running it was friendly and the place is a good addition to Yeovil.
The best food in Yeovil, a big HOWEVER, we had issues with the service, while welcoming and pleasant, it was haphazard and at times incompetent with the meat in our meals switched without any communication. A bizarre dining experience, but you'll not find any better food anywhere.
Would recommend this lovely place to anyone. Small and intimate, a warm welcome and truly delicious food, reasonably priced . We will definitely be returning π

Beautiful food not too expensive, but we had to wait a long time for it. The restaurant was a bit cold.
Service was great and the food was superb definitely looking forward to going back again and with a great choice of authentic food well worth the visit
