Leanne Sharon and Ben were very personal and made us feed happy from the moment we arrived. The pub has nice clean decor, this makes enjoying your meal all the more pleasurable. Will be back soon.
What is not to like? Very reasonable prices, especially on the Seniors' Menu, friendly staff and delicious food. Had I lived closer, I would probably come here twice a week at least.
If I could improve anything, it would be not to allow both the tv and music over the speakers on at the same time.
We had a very good experience at this pub. The food was a very good value - two plates of fish and chips for £11.50!
The staff were very helpful and friendly. We sat outside so can’t tell you much about the inside.
The outside benches were a bit dirty, but you’d expect it being next to a busy road. The fish wasn’t the freshest, but we enjoyed it nonetheless and were planning to come back the next day during our stay, but we ended up eating somewhere else closer to the attraction we were visiting.

Good food and beer with friends. Leanne 's service was exemplary and looked after our group, particularly the Dodge who need extra help. Kareoke was a definite tonal alternative and created a great table quiz for us.
Popped lunchtime for a salad & soft drink, and to do a spot of writing & correspondence. The manageress couldn't have been more helpful. She found me a cool, quiet area, turned the TV volume to zero, and brought the salad exactly as my complex food allergies required. Thanks to the excellent lunchtime customer service, this was a highly successful and enjoyable visit. Thank you.
My friends & I had a great fun night last night with their resident DJ Dave and even though the pub was busy the staff were still happy & attentive so I will definitely be going back.

Ellen, Roberta and Kim - just wow. Amazing customer service and incredible temperament to deal with a large, noisy group without complaint. They're an asset to the pub and should be protected at all costs. I'd even say give all 3 of them a raise (or at least a little bonus).
