Sunday roast tasted OK, but not the most flavoursome. Have had better elsewhere. Gammon and egg was good. Nice fresh chips.

We come in here quite often it’s a lovely place to sit with family and friends, the staff are always friendly and welcoming and attend to anything you want/need. The food is also high quality but affordable and most certainly worth a visit. You can even catch a tan sitting in the beer garden sipping
Great pub, lovely atmosphere.
They serve your usual brands Carling, Fosters, John Smiths etc. Decent prices, the food was good. Staff are friendly. Would go again.
This is a proper pub with good beer priced well and very good food

Two lovely young ladies on the bar . Erin and Isla maybe ? Forget the Second Ladies name but both went above and beyond for us on our recent visit ! Nice to see some happy faces serving in our local pub. Usually not enough staff and wait for drinks but these two lovely ladies are just superb. Thank
Came in for some food and I was not disappointed. I was served by the lovely and welcoming landlords who made sure we had a relaxing and comforting visit. Food was fantastic and I certainly would not go anywhere else. If you haven’t tried The Eagle Inn, then please do, you won’t be disappointed.

We use to go to the eagle pub years ago and loved it .. started going again and still love it . Food is great.. staff are really freindly and professional would fully reccomend.
Another delicious meal at the Eagle for Mother's Day. Thanks to all staff on making Mother's Day so special with their fine dining, fresh flowers and beautifully set tables. It was perfect!
The staff are always so accomodating and nothing is too much.

Thank you. A really warm welcome. Staff were incredibly friendly, and particularly accommodating of our children. Food was really good. We are from out of the area and saw here the famous friendly North East.
