Really good meal, generous portions. Lovely seafood, salt and pepper squid, chilli king prawns and lobster tail to name just a few. We had a "Holy Cow" sparing platter with perfectly cooked steaks on and a good mix of sides. We were too full for dessert but will have one next time. Good choice of cocktails and I'd recommend trying their own in house infused spirits range, I had Parma violet gin with elderflower tonic which was really nice. Very friendly staff who do a great job. The place was busy so I'd recommend booking. 5** evening.
This was my first visit to Lost Property and will not be my last. The food was superb and the cocktails excellent. Staff were attentive and friendly, particularly Richard. The free Porn Star Martini given to me as it was my birthday was a lovely touch. I would definetly recommend you visit this hidden gem!

We absolutely love this restaurant the food is excellent quality and lots of it. The staff are friendly and welcoming it has a great atmosphere with low lighting and candles and back ground music anyone who hasn't yet been should get a table booked I guarantee you won't be disappointed
Great food and great prices, me and 2 other friends shared the 32oz steak which included 4 sides and 2 sauces, we also had 2 soft drinks each and a starter to share which come to £25 each including a tip! definitely worth a visit�
Manager was so kind and even got my friends prawns deheaded for her because she didn’t know how to do it herself. The food was amazing and the staff were very accommodating would definitely go back

The most unbelievable food around! Fillet steak and lobster cooked to perfection with 2 sides and a sauce included. Cocktails are fantastic as well as amazingly friendly staff serving throughout. Can see ourselves becoming a regular in this quirky little hideaway restaurant �

First of all, great service and the warmest welcome as you walk through the door. The scallops for my starter were cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. The holy cow sharing board was out of this world 🌍 👌🏼👌🏼 The steak was cooked exactly how we like it and tasted divine. The cocktails are bespoke to lost property and were so yummy that we were prepared to make our way through the entire cocktail list! Hats off guys, great evening and will definitely be returning 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I've visited this restaurant twice already and I can only say good things about the place. It is well worth visiting. I've been to Yarm many times trying various restaurants for the past 6 months but I found this place only now. I wish I had earlier. Perhaps it's lost among all the other eatery places. But hey I found it, so can you. The food they are serving is so delicious and so well presented, just check out my pictures. It's dark inside the restaurant, especially by the bar, much brighter by the windows. It's not a bad thing unless you want to take a decent picture of your food. Definitely a good place for a date. The stake was made to perfection each time. Go for the medium rare. They know what they're doing. I was impressed. The waiters professional and on the ball.
Had a lovely dinner date here. Got the surf and turf platter and everything was amazing. Barman made us a wonderful mocktail and all the staff were so lovely. Would definitely come again. Thanks!

Apart from the place been really small I couldn't fault the place. Food was outstanding. Got a sharing board for £40 and it was unreal. The parmo and the steak stood out the most on the platter they were something else. Can't wait to go back.
Gem of a place, had a amazing few hours here, great service, fantastic food coupled with a good atmosphere made for a brilliant night, all we needed to supply was ourselves and good company. Without a doubt we will be back.
Visited on a Saturday night and ordered the land and sea platter which was exceptional. Great service and well looked after, have recommended to several family and friends and plan to revist often.
Went tonight and it was unbelievable! I ordered the 12oz sirloin and a side of Mac and cheese and my boyfriend ordered the hot shot parmo. Both meals were gorgeous and very good portion size!😍 we both had 3 drinks each and were happy with the price of our bill at the end considering 2 of my drinks were the cocktails. The service overall was great, the boss lady, I think, was making sure she visited every table and was definitely working very hard to ensure everyone enjoyed their time. Couldn’t ask for any better overall. Will definitely be making this our new date night place!

We recently visited the restaurant in a group of 8 on a busy Friday evening with not a spare table in sight - always an endorsement for a restaurant!
Despite the busyness, our service was fantastic. We got everything we needed on time and the waitress checked in regularly to see how we were getting along.
The food itself was also excellent. We had a fairly complicated order with plenty of sides - people came at different times, providing a potential pitfall, but chefs and waitresses coped admirably with our awkward requests. Sides were all great but special mention has to go the fabulous steaks. Our group ordered various types with different requests for medium/rare/medium-rare etc. To a man, everybody couldn't speak highly enough for the quality and taste. Top marks to satisfy a picky bunch!
Besides the food and service, the whole vibe of the decor and vibrant atmosphere made for an enjoyable experience and I'll certainly be returning for more!
