Lovely pub meal at the ship at low worsall. Pub was nicely decorated, chairs comfy. Multiple eating areas, we were tucked away in a little corner, no other diners near us and it was a little gloomy and cold! The food was really good, limited veggie choice though curry or Mediterranean tart. The tart was exceptional though, so good even the pastry was really good. My friend had the gammon, she said it was gorgeous and huge a portion. Value for money was excellent.

Visited for a family meal. Overall, a highly enjoyable experience was had by all. We were seated at a large table in comfortable surroundings. The staff were friendly and attentive at all times. The service was prompt and efficient with limited waiting time. I opted for the Southern Fried Chicken Strips as a starter, which were crispy and packed full of flavour. Then, despite usually opting for fish fingers 😉 I choose the Hawaiian Parmo for main course, which was succulent and extremely tasty. I couldn't really fault the food at all and the company was pretty good too.

Good service, good portion of food. Reasonable price. I ordered the chicken breast in a Diane sauce. It was okay. Chips could be crispier, Diane sauce had a slight taste of mustard. They provided ketchup, mayonnaise and tartare sauce.

Had the Meat Feast Parmo. It was extremely delicious and not very expensive relative to the very large size of the meal! Staff are most friendly and polite. Vegetarian, non-dairy and gluten-free options are available. The waiter will give a very detailed explanation about substitute ingredients to be sure a menu item is fit to their wishes. I would certainly recommend to pay a visit.

Went here today, our first time out for a meal since the end of lockdown. We booked online and the process was very easy, we were a bit nervous as we thought it might be best avoiding pubs for a bit but so glad we went. Service was fantastic, really helpful anf friendly staff. The food was superb, I had a parmo, mrs had a burger and my 2 year old had fish fingers. All reasonably priced. Support local businesses 👍

Absolutely gorgeous home cooked food. All our 6 meals were very tasty. We all had desert too, which again was very tasty and all the food was well worth the money. Will definitely be returning.

Really nice food, great portions. Atmosphere is nice but there are more charismatic pubs around this area in terms of charm and atmosphere

Good food. Good menu, including veggie versions. Nice pub. Reasonable prices (In this inflation market) Good selection of drinks available. ( NOT a pub for drinkers). More a restaurant than pub.

I've been a semi regular visitor to here via meeting with some other local classic car enthusiasts. The venue is lovely. Ample safe car parking, a small play area for younger children, and a great selection of drinks and high quality food. Prices are reasonable with a pint of Moretti costing £4.85 a . Staff are friendly and welcoming and the venue inside is neutral and classy without being austere.
