Called in for lunch today, and we weren't disappointed. The meat platter was excellent, and the BLT wrap was very tasty. The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff friendly and welcoming. Only disappointed we couldn't fit in cake as we were full! But an excuse to come back. Also, looking forward to an evening drink soon. Would highly recommend this lovely little place!

Without a doubt one of our favourite places to visit in Yarm. A delightfully decorated cosy little deli with food that never disappoints. The coffee is always perfect and the service is second to none. We ALWAYS bring guests that stay with us to The Mockingbird because we know they'll have a great experience. It's often busy to the point of being full, but you wpuldn't want it to be any bigger, especially at the expense of compromising it's quirky character and charm.

We attended a 50th Birthday party here last night- the ambience was perfect, food was yummy and staff were extremely good especially a waitress called Neve who went out of her way to ensure everyone was happy so it's a 5* xx

Ive heard lots of great things so I had to try for myself. My mum and I shared the mixed platter and it was gorgeous; a lovely selection of mixed meats, cheeses, olives salad, gorgeous bread. My friends had a chicken and chorizo wraps, they both loved them too. It was a relaxing ambience and the service was great too. I will definitely go back.
This is a great place to call for a cuppa and a catch up. If u fancy lunch they have a great menu.

Best coffee shop in Yarm. Evenings in the Mockingbird are fab, lovely food, great wine and lovely laid back atmosphere. Staff and owners are lovely!
Mockingbird Deli is great.... Fab atmosphere, great coffee, wonderful staff, but most importantly welcome our pug Steve inside. As a dog owner it's lovely to be able to sit inside a cafe and not feel like a second class citizen having to endure the wind and rain on a cold metal chair outside. We travel from Darlington just for the experience. Well done Mockingbird !!
Lovely lunch, mulled wine warned us through nicely. Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Would highly recommend. The range of coffee's on offer is very impressive and the cakes irresistible!
