Been to a bunch of Pepe’s branches across Birmingham, this one is probably one of the better shops, the food is very consistent, got the chicken and rice which was quite nice and cooked properly. Service was very fast despite it being very busy at the time i went, not a bad choice for a quick bite
Having read some of the reviews I am quite surprised 😮 to say the least, My experience from both taking out & eating is on the MORE! positive side for sure. YES! Can get busy however the staff always remain calm and cheerful. Although it may take a considerable amount of time to get your order, you cannot rush perfection and that it is!!! The chicken is fresh tasty and PACKS A PUNCH!! you can taste the individual flavours they offer, as apposed to other similar places that taste bland and quite generic.

Just visited to meet a friend. Didnt expect such a nice clean place tucked in the corner. Food was good and fries portion generous. Would go back again. Bathroom was out of order but other than that was good
I visited this Pepe's many times for eit in & take out as well. Good Staff , Managed properly , Food quality & services are fantastic, Food is delicious with fresh ingredients & prepared well.

One of the best ever food I had in my life. Best Pepe's in town. Nice atmosphere and cooperative staff.
Saw the shop open awhile back, but just never got round to getting, today I thought id treat my self for lunch. Had never had pepes so was unsure what to get, the young lad at the counter was very helpful and patient and explained in detail the flavours. I ended up getting the chicken rice which was delightful, however the chicken was slight over cooks making it dry. Will 100% recommend this and will see me soon on a regular bases,
Tried the Yardley branch for the first time yesterday and was not disappointed. Ordered a prime pitta meal and the portion sizes were bigger than all the other branches I've tried. Staff were really professional and friendly. 10/10 for service, 10/10 for the food. Will definitely be coming again. 👍👍

Best Pepes in Town. That’s all I have to say. As it was my first time visiting this branch I can say that the food here was 100 times better than any other branch. I have been going to other Pepes such as Coventry Road and Acocks Green however after tasting the food here the difference is there to see. I ordered an XL burger meal for myself and ordered two chicken and rice meals for my family and I can honestly say it was the best tasting meals I have tasted. The difference in quality and customer service is miles apart from other branches. Food was nice and fresh and served how it should be. I can honestly say I will be a regular customer for the ongoing future and hope the quality of the food and customer service stays the same.
