The Boathouse - Yalding - Photo album

Having travelled 200 miles to attend an event nearby. That finished early. I had the opportunity to meet up with a mate who I had not seen for a few years. The Boathouse was the nearest for food and a catch-up. The food and service was better than expected for a pub that serves food Plenty of choic
Great location and very friendly and efficient service. Food was good. Plenty of seating inside and out a large part of which is covered by a canopy. Parking at the pub is quite limited but there is a large field just across the river. It only costs £3 a day and there is a foot bridge over the rive
We visited last night for dinner, and it was probably the best steak we've ever had! All the food was so good.. the restaurant was spotless and in a great location.. we will be returning for definite. Definitely a good place for a first date!!
Good friendly service and food. Could probably do with one or two more veggie options on the menu but that's the only gripe. We enjoyed everything about this river side restaurant and bar and are looking forward to returning very soon.
Amazing view and service. What a fantastic place for a coffee or a pint.
We cycled from Strood to Teapot island. The Boathouse was open where had a well deserved pint (or three) Lovely pub with friendly staff, we didn’t eat but the menu did look good. We would definitely cycle there again for a Pint.
Beautiful setting, lovely food, friendly staff. I really didn't mind being asked to go to the.pub counter to order, but I don't think it's right to expect the public to carry out their own drinks and food. I felt unsteady and saw someone trip slighltly and his beer tipped all over him and the floo
Our family (with children aged 14 and 10) really enjoyed our meal here! Lovely food, great service, reasonably priced and great location by the water. If you want to book a table at short notice it’s best to phone, as their website only seems to show tables an hour ahead of the time you look.
Hands down the best burger I've ever had - the loaded fries were absolutely delicious! The waiters were very friendly and the food was excellent. Combined with beautiful nature, this restaurant located right on the river makes the perfect place to unwind and have a great time.
Has a pub ever been in a more beautiful location. Huge outside area with plenty of shaded areas for those who are not keen on strong sunlight. Friendly service, food is good with most meals around £12. I had grilled chicken salad. The chicken was coated with sumac which was tasty, juicy and was accom
Had the artichoke and sundried tomatoes with roasted pepper with pasta. I loved the flavours. I asked for extra pesto sauce and it made it much better! Really kind staff and helpful. I am disabled and I could sit next to the river. Disabled parking also.
I thought it was all good, I had a home made pizza and was very pleased, but! the bitter selection was poor (Shepard Neeme what's going on?) lovely environment but it was quiet when we were there
We used paddle boards to get to this pub which was fun. We ordered at the bar from a large menu. It wasn't until 2 of us ordered that the third one was told there would be a 45 minute wait. Had we known this before hand we wouldn't have ordered. It was written on a sign which had a few people standi
