I knew it was going to be amazing but even I couldn't foresee how spectacular our meal would be tonight; my only criticism is of myself, because I didn't have room to eat everything on the menu! Rich's food is out of this world, the setting is stunning, and the staff are mesmerising, couldn't recommend enough, and can't wait to go back. Our waitress who serves us in the conservatory was a total gem and I wish I'd got her name - hopefully they will work out who she is from this review. Would give 10 stars if I could.

My first time dining here and it certainly won't be the last.
I've eaten at some amazing restaurants in my time (including Petrus, Mosimann's, Koffmann's, Roux at Parliament, Robuchon's, Antonio's Tagatay, Kampa Park) and the food here tonight is only a shade or two below those Michelin starred establishments.
I treated myself to the satay pork belly, duck with cherry and chocolate, and the garlic chips; my girlfriend (who's been here a few times) had the roasted veg, salt and chilli potatoes, and garlic bread. We both indulged in the chocolate mousse for pud.
Seasoning, balance and combination of flavours, speed of service, and portion size were all spot on.
The staff were attentive, courteous and very friendly; the interior design has been done exceedingly well, and adds to an already convivial atmosphere.
Very well done indeed everyone at La Marina.
Had the pleasure of dining here with the girls lastnight. Fabulous menu with loads of choice.. can highly recommend the steak, duck, & pork belly ��..doughnuts, peanut butter parfait & nutella cheesecake �massive compliments to Rich & his team for such perfectly cooked food (yet again) & great service. Can highly recommend a visit...La Marina will definitely be a regular on my list of places to eat.
Had a fab meal last night. All dishes were delicious, the belly pork was outstanding. Puddings did not disappoint. Lovely atmosphere and the staff were friendly. Would highly recommend
Fantastic food served by Rich had 7 plates and a dessert each one tasted incredible. Service by Fflur was spot on as well. Best restaurant around highly recommend!

The service was good ! The waitress explained the tapas menu and how much food recommended between a couple! Food and drink arrived pretty quickly . Food presentation was good and food was very tasty �

Fantastic food at La Marina last night. The Teriyaki belly pork is definately a must. We ordered loads 🙈 Couldn't fault anything. Loved trying few of the Gin's too!!

Group of three of us enjoyed a fantastic meal and drinks here last night. We each said how incredible the food was and how affordable everything was, I would highly recommend this place!
Was disappointed that we were not reminded that we were nearly end of 90 min just incase we needed another drink / top up. 😉
Fantastic meal in a great setting. The pork belly in particular was gorgeous, and we also really enjoyed the chorizo (not spicy!) and the brisket tacos.
The staff were really friendly, particularly with our 5yo daughter who loves a bit of extra attention.
I'd recommend reserving a table (don't be scared off by their online system) as its quite a popular place.
So warm, friendly and welcoming staff at this restaurant. The food was amazing and so delicious we both enjoyed and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Would highly recommend and we would go back when we're up these parts again.
We enjoyed the selection of small plates on offer, which were good quality and reasonably priced (smalls plates always cost more). If I recall, I think the service was slow, but minus the initial flat bread it did all come out at once. So, that's probably a factor.
Absolutely loved this place! We got a whole range of food and shared everything. It arrived quickly and was so full of flavour. The presentation of the food was well thought out and beautiful. Lovely portion size, perfect for a few sides that were so wonderful I wouldn't want to skip them! Couldn't resist dessert and we were not disappointed! The dishes are inventive and work really well. We loved the combination of flavours from the various dishes. My new favourite restaurant in North Wales.
Lovely lovely food! Relaxed atmosphere. Great service. Tapas food. Specially loved the mushrooms with pine nuts and sweet potato with mango. Can't wait to go back and try some new stuff from the menu. Child friendly.
Update: Went back again and the Menu had lots of new food. My favourite was halloumi fritters and the chicken and peach salad. Also the mackarel was heavenly. Shame we were in a hurry and couldn't try any desserts. Definitely going back again.

Great restaurant with a lovely view. Staff were super polite. The Raspberry Bakewell cocktail was the most amazing cocktail I've ever had! The skinny fries in the coconut sauce were divine! I definitely recommend those with the tuna bao buns and the crispy duck roll. Absolutely delicious. Would come here again!
Called in today to try as been walking past for a couple of days on our walks, food was lovely and the staff very friendly, well worth trying it out.

We were slightly misled by the website into expecting a tapas restaurant. We mentioned that, and all our dishes got served with a pair of plates, etc. Cannot recommend this place enough.
First visit and wont be the last. La Marina smashed it today and served us a beautiful tapas lunch. I was blown away by the flavours of all of the dishes. I cant recommend enough, it was the best food ive had in a very long time. Staff were good too. Relaxed yet professional. Lovely environment. Will defo be back. Hasta pronto!
Visited this place for the first time just for a coffee but after scrolling the menu couldn't resist trying some food. Absolutely lovely, something very different from your average place. Great food, fair prices, friendly efficient staff. 5* Will be going back.

Wow, this place did not disappoint, tapas style small plates, so many options: veggie, vegan, meat, fish. Our selection was fantastic, perfect size plates and very tasty. Will be back to try more
Lovely food, but thought the sliced tomato with mozzarella - and the sweet potato dish - were very expensive for what was essentially a few slices spread out on a plate. Slices of mozzarella would have been better than a few bits sprinkled on too; hardly enough to share in my opinion. Decor is great and has a lively, busy feel to the place. Great cocktails too.
What a lovely discovery. The menu is very creative and the food cooked to perfection. Everyone in our party of 8 was very pleased. Vegetarian dishes and desserts were a true highlight.
We had two experiences at la marina, one was a sunny afternoon sitting outside with a bottle of wine and the other in an evening with some nice tapas. Both times were excellent. Im always a bit dubious about having tapas but the portions and quality were superb as was the service. They always have time for you and the location is to die for. I just hope they get the custom through the colder times. The Dinorwic Hotel is just 5mins away as is the town and carparking right outside. If u love tapas it's worth visiting.
