The Tearoom At Wymondham Windmill - Wymondham - Photo album

Fantastic cafe, with excellent food, could not fault it. Unfortunately the play area is totally unsuitable for small children. Every single one of the ride on toys is broken with sharp edges or parts missing and just need to be binned, the play 'bark' seems to be shredded tyres and stains clothing
Lovely setting for a homemade delicious lunch. A good range of homemade sandwiches and cooked food. We enjoyed eating outside as it was a lovely day but also good seating inside. Food was prepared fresh so about a fifteen minute wait but we’ll worth it.
Cycled 50 miles especially to visit the mill. Coffee was great, staff very friendly but a little disappointed to be served my breakfast in a takeaway carton. Other than that absolutely amazing 👏
Very interesting place, in the midst of being repaired, which will, by all accounts, take some time ! Nice shops on the site too.1view from the top, 2 the drive wheel the mill has no sails as yet. Free to visit, donation accepted ( needed)
Heard about this place due to a bike meet and so glad I visited. Had a lovely breakfast in the dog friendly cafe and then looked around the shops. This place is perfect for families as there is a playground and seating outside, perfect for a picnic with the children or a cuppa and cake from the caf
I love this little tearoom. Such a pretty little place. Lovely food, great coffee, super lovely staff. Perfect place to stop when you're out cycling.
What a fantastic place! We hired the barn for our 40th wedding anniversary and had afternoon tea. Josh and his staff were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble which made our afternoon special. Everyone commented on how wonderful the food was many saying it was the best afternoon tea they have
Had a fabulous afternoon on Saturday up at the Windmill. I had arranged for some laser clay pigeon shooting on the grounds and Josh arranged some nibbles and drinks before hand and we had an afternoon team afterwards. It was a great afternoon and I can't thank Josh an the team for all of the lovely
Wow, I was amazed at the internal mechanism of the windmill, amazing how it was actually built and engineered 200 years ago. Also nice tea shop, Preloved clothing boutique and a little antique shop. May even pitch my caravan there in the spring 👍😁
Nice tea rooms. Great food and coffee.
A short stop today at a windmill, I understand that the windmill has recently had it's top replaced, we stopped for a quick break here today and was able to explore and go up all floors of the mill and see the workings that now need some restoration. The steps are small and steep and if you don't li
There is a lovely relaxing atmosphere here. The staff are are friendly and helpful and the food is delicious. We especially enjoyed the cream teas. It is great to learn the history of the windmill, to read about the restoration work and see how the local children have been engaged to help provide
Great "free"attraction. Mill is being restored in the week but at weekends you can go up to the top. Great views! Great boutique & craft shops. Tea room is good too. Omlettes that we had were tasty as were the coffees. Fab play area for kids, small CL caravan sit, and wooded area. When we visited
Great cafe stop on cycle rides! Loads of bike parking and feels safe to not have to worry about locking up! Lovely outside seating and plenty indoors for when it’s colder! Cakes brilliant and coffee too! Staff are helpful and friendly
We held our mum's 80th celebration in their new function room. The room was lovely and the afternoon tea was amazing with only a few crumbs left. They also made us a fantastic birthday cake. Also a big shout out to the staff who made sure everyone was happy and nothing was too much trouble. We highl
Lovely cafe, children’s playground and a set of lovely little shops. Great place to send a couple of hours. The windmill itself is very interesting and you can climb to the top.
Excellent cafe and grounds with seating ,friendly staff ,excellent food with a good menu.
Really nice cream teas! The menu also offers some great lunches, including vegan options. Eat inside the beautiful cafe or outside in the surrounding gardens. Play areas for children and a nice littlewooded area to walk through, with willow weaved forest animals. Plus a beautiful restored flour mill
