I was invited to this lovely and gorgeous place and I was not disappointed. I had hake which was delicious( it melted in your mouth) ,my companion had beef ale pie which was also delicious and tasty. On top of this, blue moon with orange slices ( yummy) and finished with an amazing bakewell tart.
I felt at home due to the warm ambience and attentive staff. Will definitely come back again.
The food was lovely. Some had pigeon, some had the seafood... both were tasty and cooked ideal. Main courses were equally splendid. Sea bass, hake, traditional meals... all delicious. The deserts did not disappoint either. The kids meals were spot on also. Friendly staff, quick service. 2nd time there, will be going back again. Ok, a little pricey maybe but you get what you pay for.
Amazing place........been refurbished to a very high standard and I love my visit yesterday for the first time with John & Luna can’t wait to go back!
Great place to meet up with girlies for lunch or with hubby & friends for evening meal which I intend to do!

We were there on Saturday with a family group of 13.We pre ordered because of our number.The food all came out together so no one was left waiting.All the dishes were good, staff and service very good.The place was full and the staff cheerful.Definitely would go again.

First time I’ve visited the queens head tonight and my family and I had a lovely meal! Good food, good service! Would definitely come here again..

Very nice dinner with my partner and children. The food was not only tasty but, well presented. The Seabream was Outstanding, a very well balanced dish, and fish cooked to perfection with crispy goldbrown skin, as I wish all the chefs should be able to prepare their 'catch of the day'. I don’t say this lightly but… the steak and the accompaniments were some of the best we’ve ever had, and for that reason, the value for money was pretty exceptional! Beautiful produce, excellently cooked and worth every penny… and then some!

😊 ATMOSPHERE
Stunning place to eat! We sat in the downstairs restaurant, next to the bar area. It was cosy with just a few tables but the buzz of everyone having a good time created a great atmosphere. The bar area was full & lovey so the restaurant to the side created a slightly more fine dining experience. The staff were incredible, very attentive and friendly.

Wonderful. This was for a family meal with children and was great. We all chose wood fire cooked pizzas which I think are some of the best in Norfolk, I chose a prosciutto and garlic mushroom pizza and was cooked perfectly and a very generous size with a side of truffle and parmesan chips. The bar is well stocked with Suffolk and Norfolk beers and spirits. All the staff were well informed, polite and very helpful. And to finish a stunning sticky toffee pudding. Will be returning very soon.
WOW...I eat out regularly and I can honestly say that this was one of the most amazing meals I have ever had. For my main I had the Pan Roasted Chicken Supreme, Wild Mushroom Ragu, Cauliflower Puree, Crispy Kale. This was absolutely exquisite and cooked to perfection. For dessert I had the Sticky Toffee Pudding, Caramel Sauce, Honeycomb, Vanilla Ice Cream. This was absolutely wonderful! The staff were attentive and very friendly. I highly recommend The Queens Head and will definitely be returning!
It was really nice. Drink was lovely. Food was delicious. The only thing is my chips were a bit chunky and not particularly cheap like that's the only thing that was wrong. Company was great with definitely go again

Can't fault this place. The people,food,and a very well equipped out door seating area. My Sunday roast (vegetarian) was so refreshingly different. Celeriac in a mouth watering light crispy crumb. With roasted carrots,potatoes,and cabbage Cauliflower & Broccoli Cheese topped with a huge Yorkshire pudding 😋
