On 26th October, my son and his wife got married at your venue. It was a glorious day and I felt that the staff went out of their way to make sure everything went well and without any hitches.
The venue is beautiful, the food excellent - sticky toffee pudding to die for - the bedrooms and bathrooms
Absolutely brilliant hotel! Stayed here to attend my friend’s wedding on 30th September 2023.
The room was very quaint and has everything you need. The mattress was firm (just a note for anyone wanting softer mattresses) but we slept well as it was very quiet and the room was nice and warm.

We had an absolutely amazing time at the bull! The food was next level with dishes like duck confit, to smoked short rib with an amazing choice of wines! The history just added to our amazing stay in our suite! The room had a massive bed and quirky details you should see in a 700+ year building

Excellent venue. Friendly and helpful staff, *amazing* food. The rooms are very nice too; sloping floors of a 600 year old building tastefully modernised and still retaining original features such as exposed beams, fireplaces, etc.

We stayed here for a night and we had a wonderful time. The room was very nice, bed very comfortable. We were there on a Sunday night for dinner the food was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.
