Visited Kaspa's with my boyfriend and two children 7 and 9 and it was a magical experience! Walking into the glittering ice cream wonderland we were greeted by a waitress with a big smile and seated us immediately in a booth. All the staff at Kaspa's were so friendly chatty and provided top customer service which is so hard to find in wrexham! Our dessert were absolutely beautiful and thoroughly enojoyed by us all thank you Kaspa' Staff!!
Lush waffles to much to choose from. Frappes are lovely. Would recommend this place to all my friends. Staff seem ok but they don't interact with customers just do there job. �
Been to Kaspas 4 times now since it opened, been great every time, staff are polite and friendly and the food is brilliant, reasonably priced so you feel you can go as often as you like.
The people complaining about some staff's comprehension of English, yet the same people who complain here will go on holiday and complain that their Spanish waiter doesn't speak English either.

Excellent service and reasonably priced considering the huge portions,highly recommend the waffles.
Had waffles with hazelnut choc and my son had waffles with Hershey's and white chocolate. You are allocated a table and you order at the counter. The waffles were light and crisp, the ice cream was lovely and complimented the waffle. Unfortunately I found the ferrero Roche a little sickly by the end but overall very nice! I could probably have shared the portion. Not the cheapest of places to call in for a desert at £8.95 each but very tasty.
Great choices, menu has changed a bit since last visit. Friendly staff and plenty on as well. The only downside is the music is a bit to loud to sit in there and enjoy the food. The areas we saw looked clean.
As always its good value for money and we really enjoyed the ice-cream flavours on offer. It's a 5er a cup, but the dishing up method is complicated when you come to order. You pay for one scoop at a time which you actually get 2 scoops so if you order a cup with 2 scoops you actually get 4 scoops so when your mixing and matching ice creams it can get complicated well it does for my frazzled mind lol. 😉 But 2 scoops that are actually 4 scoops is just the right amount.
We had waffles and shakes …it was so so yummy and waffles are nice and crisp …the milkshakes were so thick and mouth watering ..I loved it ..also the ambiance is truly amazing
Loved it here! Kids really enjoyed their Friday treat. Polite and helpful staff. Couldn't fault it. Would defiantly recommend.
It was really nice! The waffle was way bigger than I expected :)you have to order and pay right away and the service was fast. My boyfriend tried the crepe, I would recommend waffles since they were better cooked :)
Very nice, not too much sweet, just perfect, in reasonable price, I can recommend.
The service is good, food is "yummy" and the VIP shakes are fantastic.
Prices are acceptable and staff is OK.

When you walk in you are shown to your table and given menus, I assumed (wrongly!!) that someone would then come back and take your order, we sat for about 10 mins waiting then realised we had to go to the counter to order.. maybe when you are shown to the table you could be told to go to the counter when ready to order! Apart from that, the cafe was spotless.. there was so much choice we couldn't decide what to have, when we had we ordered and it didn't take long for our desserts to arrive and they were delicious, coffee was one of the nicest I have tasted, no bitterness to it and no aftertaste.. the toilets looked like they could do with a bit of a better scrub and although it states on the door they are regularly checked I'm not sure they are as there was no loo roll in the one I went into and the floor looked like it could do with a mop.. besides these minor issues I will definitely be back when I'm in the area and I would recommend to anyone visiting Wrexham.
