A decent place with high quality items generally aimed at middle age & older persons. There is a nice cafe upstairs & the food court always has nice cakes that are freshly baked each day.
I would like to say a big thank you to Lynda on the bra fitting team. She was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She is a credit to your store. It is such a shame that we will loose this service in Wrexham when you move to Plas Coch.
Two members of staff helped with and enquiry I had. One from the food hall who then passed me onto the ladies clothing. Very helpful and full of knowledge.
Excellent supermarket with great produce and some competitive prices others not so, pick and choose what you buy
Called in the cafe for a cup of tea and cheese on toast. The staff were under pressure and stressed, to the point of shouting at each other. The queue was building and the service was a bit slow. Nevertheless we enjoyed our food and beverages.

Good food but he choice seems to be reducing, regretfully. Will increase the customers' numbers if they deliver the food to their homes too - even with a charge or minimum value before it's free. The store needs more seating for elderly people. Assistants are very helpful.

Just want to pass on a huge Thank you to the lovely staff!! Xx Visited today & it was the most stress free & friendly shop in weeks. There were limited people allowed in store at a time & everyone queued politely. The lovely ladies on the door, pushed over a trolly they'd just wiped down. The shop was very sensibly managed & the staff were so lovely & kind despite the current challenges! Thank you! Xxx
Shopping for my bits and bobs on a fairly regular basis. Find it very easy to get around with my assistance dog and my power chair. Always find the staff friendly and willing to help when needed. With the coronavirus but now I have to be in store it is a bit more difficult to get around and have a lot less staff
