I have been many times with my partner for afternoon tea and think staff and food are really lovely.
Yesterday my two daughters had a joint Unicorn party with their friends and what can I say apart from AMAZING.. Nothing was too much trouble, the girls had so much fun and the Unicorn Birthday cake was beautiful.
Would recommend to all :)

I would highly recommend Emma to do your cake she made my sons 18th birthday cake which is on this page (the Beatles themed cake ) it was undertaken with quite short notice and is absolutely brilliant. He absolutely loves it and I couldn't be happier !
Visited today with a couple of friends and my baby daughter. Lovely staff, very accommodating and AMAZING afternoon tea!
You get to choose your sandwich from a long list, and how it comes (toastie, wrap, sandwich). The cakes, scones and brownies are simply to die for, the biggest dilemma is which to choose!!

I fist found emz when she made a cake for a client I cared for, a lovely tinkerbell cake. Then my mum found her after the shop opened for the wedding cake. Absolutely love emz cakes as they are moist and delicious

Emma and her team are always so nice to visit. We booked our wedding cake and surprise parent anniversary cake with Emz Cakes about 11 months before our wedding. Emma sat down with us, drew a design out and was so genuinely excited about making our cake that we couldn't say no! We tasted cake samples for flavours we were considering which only added to the experience.
With booking 11 months before I felt I needed to refresh my mind on what we had discussed and Emma was so good at responding and reassuring us. Our cake was beautiful and unique which we loved, it tasted amazing and the worst thing was having to cut it up! We did have a slight issue with our cake but Emma has dealt with it in the most professional way possible.
We recommend Emz cakes to everyone now for whatever occasion cake they need, and also for anything else! We have enjoyed several afternoon teas here which are always served with a smile! Thank you Emz cakes xx

Went for afternoon tea today, staff were lovely, was in my Mobilty scooter and they were able happy for me to come in with it and helped me put it somewhere safe.. definitely be going back for afternoon tea again..
Pre-ordered a huge collection for my sisters birthday, they let me pay over the phone as I was in a rush, and the food was absolutely incredible. I ordered a few afternoon tea boxes and they are well worth the money, with delicious sandwiches and treats inside- I would definitely recommend the scone! I also ordered a brownie box, cheesecakes and milkshakes for everyone and it was absolutely faultless! The milkshakes are unbelievable and I will be getting the Kinderella again no doubt! I love that you get lots of extra touches inside the boxes, it really makes the food such a treat especially for a special event. The staff are all absolutely lovely too and were accommodating to everyone's dietary needs- I will be going again very soon!!
All the staff in Emz Cakes are always friendly and cheerful. The sandwiches and cakes are super fresh and they have such a fab variety all the time there is always somerhing for everyone (they also cater for allergies too!).
Not only so do I go there for my cake fix but I'm so much of a fan I had my wedding cake from there too which was an absolute dream 😍

Bought some Cupcakes for Granddaughter's First Holy Communion Party, they were beautifully decorated with her name on some and the occasion. Everyone remarked how lovely they looked and and certainly enjoyed eating them. Thank You.
Emz Cakes provided cake and scones for our wedding and they were absolutely perfect. Everyone commented on how beautiful the cake looked and how good they both tasted. We changed our minds a couple of times on numbers and flavours which was never any problem for them, they even decorated the cake with the flowers that the florist left at the venue the morning of the wedding. Came here with 4 adults and 2 children,all had something different,did take a while for my cheese and pickle baguette however they did say it would take time, food was good as usual, not very much room inside but a few themed sheds to the rear,tip.... book if you want to reserve a table/shed,can get busy.

A lovely little cafe, with some nice touches like paper and pens out for the kids.
We've also had them make some fantastic birthday cakes for us (at least 4 that I can remember) and they all turned out really well.

I love it here, there is nowhere else in Wrexham where you can get a decent cuppa and a lovely sandwich for a descent price.,I also love the community spirit, it is also where I can have some quiet time with my newspaper and my phone.
