Friendly staff show you to your table. You order via an app which won’t let you make changes to your order for example “no onions” Drinks are expensive especially children’s. Food isn’t bad but portion size is a tad small for the price. Wouldn’t visit if I wasn’t staying at Ribby Hall. Restaurant is clean

Lovely, friendly service. Food arrived quite quickly and was quite tasty, portion sizes were average. The kids loved the heavenly waffles. Prices are fairly high and 2 quid for a small fruit shuit and £2.10 for a small glass of milk was definitely on the extortionate side.

Beautiful food, decent service at a relatively moderate price. Popped for lunch after visiting the zoo - certainly worth the stop by. There's a little play park attached also for those with little ones.

Always a good calorie loaded breakfast or lunch every time I’m here. A favourite of my wee boy and ok, me too. Haha. Crepes, pancakes, savoury pancakes, loaded with toppings, add your own extras, and get a soft juice or a hot drink with it. Never a disappointment. Until you think of the extra belly size after, lol

The pancakes are well worth a visit. I had maple syrup and bacon which were amazing. I would forego the dusting of icing sugar next time, pretty but unnecessary. Coffee was really good too.

The Pancake Hut is a great little place to eat, especially as a family. It’s a nice treat after you have been swimming at ribby hall or had a play on the play grounds. The menu is decent, plenty of sweet treats on offer, however I do personally think the prices are slightly high (but where isnt these days and it doesnt matter for a once in a while visit). The food is delicious and you can tell the pancakes are fresh. I was slightly disappointed by the milkshakes, not thick enough and not cold enough…but that is just my preference. The decor inside is fab, it’s very pleasing to the eye and has a great vibe. When I have been on a weekend/holidays, it can get busy and sometimes there is a wait, but that is to be expected and if anything shows that it’s popular.

This place is pure naughty! Coffee was a bit under par that would be my only criticism. Invest in a decent coffee machine my flat white was bang average.

Delicious food. Large servings. A great menu - lots of pancakes choices, plus a whole lot more. Vegan/diary free friendly.

My family like it more than I do as it's not my 'thing' but the staff are great. Food was loved by everyone else. Had a small issue with my dish which they refunded without asking which was great customer service. Couldn't say more really. Definitely visit again. Wife, kids and mother in law loved it.

We stayed in a cottage. Had everything you needed for your stay. Lovely restaurant and spa. Lots fun family entertainment from the craft club, to cake decorating and Tiktok club the kids had a wonderful time. The staff were so lovely with the kids. Great pool with slides and beautiful well kept grounds.

Visited today 22nd April for our granddaughters 10 birthday celebration. What an amazing experience the food was delicious and the staff were outstanding. Can’t wait to return.

Excellent food and options for everyone. Staff were very friendly, patient and helpful. Couldnt quite give it 5 stars down to the price. Not necessarily the main meal prices as it is something you would expect to pay for a more unique dining experience, and the food more than matched the price. One advice to the owners though is, when asking for ice cream with the pancakes, £1.99 for one scoop is a bit crazy 😬. Absolutely would go again though 👍
