A fantastic National Trust property on our doorstep. Having visited many times over the years and seen various rooms closed for restoration and reopened- this property never fails to disappoint. All the volunteers are extremely knowledgeable and keen to help you. Love the new rose garden.

Really beautiful gardens and house. Even had tennis rackets out to play with on the courts. Staff in the house were friendly and knowledgeable, whilst only being volunteers.

Not far from Bristol, this beautiful house is national trust so it is free for national trust members. The walk from the carpark to the house, it was a great walk through the parkland and then onto the impressive gothic house. The house opens from 10-2:30 so give yourself plenty of time to get there
Lovely place. Magical castle. Recommend to visit it. When we were here the man was playing piano in the castle and it was fantastic!
Wonderful place to visit. Lovely house which is very well preserved and the volunteers are very helpful and knowledgeable. Huge amount of grounds, which are great for children, and stopped for an ice cream at the Pavilion Cafe which is one of two cafes'.
