We were looking for a place to have lunch on a Sunday and I’ve been wanting to come in as the decor is always so pretty. The restaurant looks beautiful and the food is delicious! Definitely recommend! And can’t wait for my work Christmas do (I couldn’t help but recommend this place for that 😊) and enjoy the food again!
First time dining at MAK and it was a lovely experience, we had the tapas, chicken parmasean and beef steak. It was all delicious. I can't remember the young man's name that was serving us but he was so lovey and attentive, he recommended a mocktail, but I didn't really enjoy it, so he really kindly offered to make me a different one. I would recommend this restaurant 😋
Really delicious food. Lots of it and beautifully seasoned with lots of flavour! Both of our waitresses were attentive and polite. Cocktails were also very good. Couldn’t fault them - highly recommend and we will definitely be back!
We opted for the Tipsy Tapas and sangria cocktail. Wow! The food was out of this world. This means going back to try the food from the main menu which looks equally amazing. The vibe:music is relaxed and happy. James was very attentive but not in your face. It’s a lovely restaurant and highly recommend booking in advance to avoid being disappointed!!
The prices are a bit on the steep side, but for this you get a good menu, varied, with classic dishes, well cooked and nicely presented. Excellent service, nice drinks, beautiful decor. Overall, well worth the cost. Do try this new business. Let's encourage the foodiness of Worthing
A group of 4 of us have just had a fabulous meal here, we had the offer of 3 plates each which included a sangria for £20 and couldn’t finish it all, very generous portions. Our hostess Zai was brilliant and did a great job, she was friendly and chatty, thank you.

Great restaurant for a quick bit to eat or a leisurely lunch/dinner with friends. Food was delicious and cocktails made really well. The prices were very reasonable for for the quality aswell.
We booked Mak restaurant for an early dinner for 15 people of varying ages for my daughters Hen do, none of us had eaten there before.
Everyone loved the food, there was lots to choose from, one of our party was gluten intolerant, 2 were vegetarian, everyone was catered for. Staff were attentive and friendly. Will definitely dine here again in future
Not been here before, ran in out of the rain, absolutely impressive, just had 'small' plates but they're big! Brilliant bruscetta. And my cocktail is hard as nails.

I recently had my 30th birthday meal at Mak and myself and all my guests were so impressed, the food was absolutely delicious, the service was brilliant and it was just a great night overall. Everything ran so smoothly and the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Paul. The music was good and the way the restaurant is decorated is beautiful. I will definitely be back and have recommended to all friends and family!
The food was delicious. It was fresh, well cooked, quickly served, with very good portion and presentation. The service was really good, the staff are very nice and helpful. The interior of the place is phenomenal, I felt like I went to a fancy restaurant. The menus options aren’t very long and complicated they are tasty and simple. I loved it! ❤️ I would really recommend! 😋
We've just had a really lovely lunch. Friendly, charming service. Very good quality food with very generous portions. Wine was delicious. So much to recommend it.
Wow! What an asset to Worthing. Three of us visited this lovely restaurant last night and what a treat. The food was delicious, wine and cocktails excellent and the staff attentive without be pushy, but friendly and know how to treat customers! The decor, very on trend.
We had a selection of starters, sizzling shrimp, halloumi and garlic mushrooms, highly recommend the sourdough and truffle butter! Mains were lamb shanks and a chicken dish, all excellent. For quality and quantity of food prices are cheap.
We tried several cocktails favourite was white sheep. Hot butter brandy was nice, but very sweet. Can’t wait to go again.

Thought we'd try Mak, was not disappointed at all! Goats cheese starter was so light and fluffy and very delicious. Calamari was done well. Had a sizzling lamb and a lamb shank, both were exceptionally good!
Cocktails were delicious, wine was great, decor was stylish. Tables/chairs were comfortable and our waiter was absolutely brilliant! A great waiter who knows how great service is done and does it well!
We had a wonderful evening and will be looking for an excuse (and a babysitter!) So we can head back there again soon!
Excellent food and good portions, the starter of chicken skewers was so good as was the lamb meatballs, my friend had chicken breast in mushroom truffle sauce which was also very good. Cocktails and wine excellent and service impeccable, attentive but not intrusive. Will definitely be back again soon.

Had a wonderful meal with fantastic staff. Were sat next to a couple who said they were going to write a bad review because they’d been waiting ‘1 hr’ for service. They weren’t - I arrived half an hour before this and they were still eating. Also, when waiters came over to our table they made no attempt to wave a waiter over or call their attention. Anyway, don’t trust Angela’s review. This place is great
Faultless! From the decor to the service to the beautifully presented and absolutely delicious food. We ordered the humus, fig salad, minute steaks and creamy chicken. Perfectly cooked and seasoned with well balanced flavours. We’ll be visiting again very soon!
