First and Foremost the staff were outstanding, going above and beyond to cater to your needs. The food was absolutely delicious, and the salad was freshly made and everything else was mouthwatering. Not to forget the ambience of where the restaurant is placed overlooking the beach. Cocktails were on point!

I hired Escapes back area for mine and my twin brothers 21st Birthday party, and we were very impressed. The communication was excellent from the staff, and the staff on the night were on it! The space was large enough for all of our guests (Roughly 60!). We had spoken about 2 specialty cocktails for our night, and they did not disappoint, they specially crafted to drinks , perfect for me and my brother, and they were delicious! All of our guests complimented us on the drinks, the service, and the space itself! They allowed us to store our 2 cakes and cater for ourselves as well.
The only thing I would say, is the Space got rather hot, due to there not being much ventilation (it was the middle of August after all, and there was air con, and they did bring in fans for us) and our guests all dancing and enjoying themselves, but we were aloud to pop into the main bar or outside to chill out if needed, despite the wet weather that evening!
All in all, I would highly recommend this venue, as the staff and management team are brilliant, and it’s the perfect space for any occasion!

5th time visiting this restraunt since my initial review.
The steak on black rock was divine, much better then most of the other local establishments.
Michael made our visit special and engadged with my 3 year old neice making her visit fun.
Overall the escape bar I would rate higher then 5 stars if I could
Brilliant food and cocktails along the seafront. I had the hunters chicken burger with a white Russian cocktail. The bar staff were friendly and the service was quick. Definitely recommend if you are looking for an interesting place to eat.
Amazing place with even better vibes. Justin rock the place with amazing hosting skills and fab personality. Place buzzz till 2am . The best entertainment in the area. Highly recommended. Definitely will be back ….
Had a very nice lunch here today. The service was really friendly & the prices were excellent value for money. Food was very nicely presented & tasted great. All in all a lovely lunch on the Worthing seafront.

Great food - totally impressed with the steaks!! - and excellent service from the 2 male staff (sorry didn’t get their names) that served us (Sunday 18 July approx 6:30) - the lady that took over wasn’t so good unfortunately.
Had a relaxed evening sitting outdoors on their terrace with a friend and some whiskey-colas. There was a heater at our table and the staff was friendly.

Had a lovely meal whilst sitting on a swing chair with a lovely view. Staff are really helpful and friendly and care. I had a cheeseburger and it was very delicious and well presented. The food is handmade. Cocktails are made really well. I would recommend for a place to sit on a nice hot day. Thank you for a lovely experience escape team !
