I regularly frequent Costa in Broadwater and feel I have to give a 5* review. Some reviewers are quick to give a negative review but not so quick to give a positive review.

Always visit the broadwater branch as it’s always a lovely experience. The staff are always welcoming and engaging. Some of the best customer service you well ever receive! I was served by the store manager who even though looked very busy, took the time to ensure she gave excellent customer service
Broadwater Costa has to be my favourite cafe here, it's such a welcoming and safe place here ^_^ the staff are so friendly and i try my best not to visit everyday lol!
The man that served me was really nice, the atmosphere felt calm and the texture of the drink I ordered was smooth (I got a frappé) An overall 5 star experience
Very friendly, always go the extra mile and it is a great place to sit down and relax with plenty of space.
Very quiet which was lovely. Unfortunately tables were dirty, not cleared or wiped over which made it look dirty and not smart. Staff were friendly.

I adore this cafe.
The seating is nicely spaced apart and the lighting isn't too harsh.
There are seats by the windows and at the back a kind of tucked away corner.

Great friendly staff. I had my stick and they were so helpful asking if I wanted my purchase carried to my car. They had run out of cream (on hot choc) and were so apologetic. When I explained it was for the homeless man, the manager said she would personally go out and apologise and take him coffee

It's not the friendliest Costa I have visited but the staff were polite enough. The coffee is as you would expect

One of my favourite hang outs in broadcaster (worthing in fact) so much better than the filthy Starbucks down the road. I can always get a seat but don't feel like it's a ghost town. They always make a great flat white too!
Clean and tidy but understaffed service area on my visit. One young person serving while other staff appeared less busy in the cafe so could've helped him.
Despite this, he coped well.
Always a great customer experience here. Majority of the staff always take time to talk with my little boy (which is a massive bonus) I rarely have to tell them my order as they remember. All this means we'll keep coming back
