Usually well stocked, helpful staff and good sized store.
You do now need a coin to obtain a trolley which is fairly new and caught me off guard as I never carry cash and forgot my trolley coin!
Very nice clean and tidy store with a wide range of well priced and varied products.
Good for arts and crafts items and also has the bonus of including a good Iceland shop.
OK, so to be fair I'm not your usual Sainsbury shopper. I only go to this Sainsburys once a month to by my bread in bulk and freeze it. They have the most amazing super seed bread that I've not found in any other in store bakery. Unfortunately my local smaller Sainsbury have their bread shipped in, and this is not always available, so I'm prepared to make the trip and go out of my way to buy it. They slice it for me, and then it goes in the freezer as soon as I get home. When I take slices out, I pop them in the freezer 10 seconds per slice, and it's exactly like they have just come out of the oven.
Also I've discovered that they also stock my sodastream gas replacement bottles. So another plus.
Great choice and quality, accessible parking and assistance if needed. The staff are really helpful particularly if you are disabled.
Good bus service but prices are high here. Can't wait for Lidles to open there soon.
Lovely staff, an Argos branch in store, clean loos, self scan shopping, easy parking, stock levels are good. Make sure you log in the app to get the Nectar prices which are really good and tailored to you. My only complaint is that Sainsbury’s now don’t date many of the fruit & veg and a number of times in this branch I tried to find the best stuff but when I got it home it was soft or squishy.
Sainsbury's, you know what they're like surely?
A bigger store than some.
Happy with our visit. 🙂
Shop clean & staff very friendly.
However, I don't think the recent move of Argos into the store really works.
Great shame Red Square was closed.
As Sainsburys go I would put this one in my top ten. It has most of what you want unless you want staff that pay attention to you in which case I would recommend going somewhere else.
The supermarket has Argos within the store and Travel money booth for foreign exchange. Outside there is a charity shop and Timpsons shoe repair and key cutting.
Shopping is with ease.
Slightly smaller store where cafe has gone and Argos in its place. One aisle of clothes. Great mainly food supplies store IMO. Great quality at price point and good stock. Would like store to be bigger to have the cafe and superstore ideally.
Recently/ undergoing a move around to improve the store. While no cafe here anymore still has toilets.
The lighting in here makes it feel quite dark and personally feel unsettled, hopefully will change with the new fit.
What an experience! Felt so different from any other Sainsbury's. Had amazing lighting and was very interesting to say the least.
