This shop is a gem! The staff fall over themselves to help you and the shopping experience is fantastic. The cafe is clean and welcoming with cheerful and hard working staff who are so friendly!! My friends and I live in Epsom and would kill for a shop like this, we will be making another trip to Worthing before too long.

Lovely, old fashioned, department store. Still rating it 5 stars despite them being totally topsy turvy doing a refit. Loads of choice (especially in women's wear). Really hoping the refit is successful and brings customers in because this store deserves a new lease of life.

A proper department store in centre of town. A bit of a warren, and old fashioned but good quality stock and adequate facilities. Very helpful and friendly staff. Don't personally like the cafe/restaurant but that's just me.
