Very friendly staff always try their best. The manager was outside cleaning the pavement area which obviously shows his commitment to the job. Sam was a great member of staff who served me . All staff are lovely and helpful.
Shame about the flooring which lets the team down which i guess is due to
Friendly staff, delicious flat white coffee, clean ladies loo with beautiful colour tiles, good seating outside with choice of sunshine or shade, laid-back ambience. Perfect! Cannot comment on taste of food as it all looked good, but I'm on a diet and resisted temptation!
I made a mistake in my order and they very kindly sorted it out for me in a very friendly and professional manner not to mention their chocolate fudge brownie mocha frappe's are so absolutely amazing I love love love them, they are the only coffee shop I get coffee from, it's a much better flavour c
Efficient but could have done with the bar being a little cleaner...didn't affect my experience but as its open for all to see just an observation.

Very busy, no free spaces to sit inside... Service fast and professional, outdoor loads of sitting but in English weather?😂 And they have got toilets

Normally the caramel frappes hardly taste of caramel imo and that’s also the same with the costa in worthing town but i pulled a Starbucks and asked for extra caramel and I love it sm the staff are kind aswell relaxed environment a good place to do coursework etc not in a noisy area and isn’t noisy
Popped in this morning and I loved the friendliness of the staff. Both male and female staff were warm and welcoming, shop was clean and had a relaxed atmosphere. I didn't feel I had to buy everything apart from the coffee I wanted. I don't do lots of reviews but I wanted too write one for this exp
