We drove 18 miles to shop for a new suit and received a fantastic service. I was measured up and tried a couple on with no pressure or rushing. Even the girls on the cash counter couldn't have been more helpful. I will shop here again next time I need clothes.
I shop online and in store. Brand names, new designer and a good cross-section so I will always find something. Good prices and when there's a sale it's a real sale not a 'fake full price crossed-out with a minimal discount'. There are loads of counterfeit brand names online and this is where Debenh
As the store is in financial difficulties. There are bargain to be have. Nevertheless becareful, a lot of these items have be overpriced and look like you getting a bargain. Just look at the quality of the items in question . How much would really pay for it. Then if it is really good value usually
Had a lovely day shopping and Debenhams was the icing on the cake. Nothing was to much trouble and Joseph our 'tour guide (he brought us down in the lift) was lovely. So polite and charming. Will definently us again.
As always a nice stop off for a tea or soft drink and a variety of cakes when you need a break from shopping. Take time out to look at the kitchenware on second floor. Beautiful and not overly expensive
Played over several floors with a lift. Amongst other things, they have a fantastic fragrance and cosmetic area as you enter the shop. They a fairly good men's area with different labels but this is somewhat on the expensive side even when they do have sales.
I can not fault Debenhams, I mostly go for their cafe which has outstanding value for money and great tasting to boot. Their 8 item English breakfast is really good, bring able to choose from 14'ish items, some are veggie as well. The scones are best and my wife and myself have a lot of scones fro
Had a nice lunch here. The staff in the cafe are lovely. It is a shame that the lift has been out of order for weeks. Also half of the toilets are out of order.
Local branch in an old building. Good if lift working as set out on 3 floors. Good little cafe with nice staff and nice food etc, also very good toilet facilities, always clean and pleasant to visit.
Pleasant store, didn't have what I was looking for but very helpful member of staff looked online for me to see what was available and where. What more can you ask. Excellent customer service!
We really enjoyed the cafe.. good coffee and the toasted teabread was lovely. The girl who served us was enthusiastic and very pleasant.
