Dropped into the cafe for coffee and a pastry - very nice, well priced, clean and tidy - and how nice to be served by assistants actually interested in customer service.
Busy store, not as cheap as other supermarkets but food is much higher quality. Nice little cafe with outdoor seating for nice days! Only niggle is lack of food options on the menu compared to other supermarkets out there

Fantastic large store with ample parking, free for 2hrs, & a lovely cafe that makes delicious drinks & has a limited range of extremely appealing looking food.
I went to the customer services desk, the tills after shopping to purchase my food & wine, then into the cafe, & everybody that served me gave me a genuine happy smile, therefore great place to be & for a Wednesday, everything I needed was in stock, also because the store is large, they had a great range of everything you could possibly need.
Great staff and store, but stock levels aren't always good.
Went in for a bottle of white wine and the store gentleman knew his wines very well. Great recommendation. An elephant in the room.
Good for the weekly shop. Fruit and veg not always very fresh. ...or sold out. Otherwise fine
Always helpful and friendly staff. The store is clean and tidy. Great to have a mini Boots in the corner too. I had my flu jab and then picked up some shopping at the same time 😁 The cheese deli is a must visit. The lady was so smiley it made my day!
Amazingly friendly staff who can't do enough for you. Shop itself is a bit dated and seems more Aldi than Waitrose
Simply put, this store is fantastic. I feel welcomed by the staff and the products are second to none and at a completely different level compared to the competition. There is NOTHING that isn't great.
And then there's the cheese-, fresh fish- and meat counters. The quality and service here raises the bar skyhigh above great.

Only dropped in for couple of items. Not my usual shop as I still think many items cost more than elsewhere. But their special offers are worth a look and the staff very friendly and helpful
One of the best places for tasty treats. Quite a few staples have been reduced in price. Good personalised vouchers in the app and free coffee
The food quality is nice but I find they charge a lot more than other supermarkets for the exact same product & brand
my partner and I came to Waitrose tonight 30/11/21 and she was adamant they had some "adult" baby powder. I was certain there wasn't and having a wind up and sarcastically asked a member of staff called Jonathan I think, and he replied "yes I believe we do a Waitrose essential one" alas we could not find it despite his Lovely help. While walking off and paying for our food with a smug sense of satisfaction at being right along comes Jonathan who had traversed the whole store like an Xmas miracle with the exact product she was looking for. So I hate you for making me wrong but with staff as dutiful as pleasant as that willing to go above and beyond is just nice. nice one Waitrose good on ya Jonno..
Got most of the things that I had on my list. Chilled food aisle is uncomfortably cold so extra layer of clothing helps. For some reason they are operating on 50% lighting until 10am which is ridiculous and not enough for us older folk to read the print on labels. Quite frankly it looks desperate. Check out was fast and easy.
Normal Waitrose, usually well stocked, staff always helpfull and genuinely care about the service level given, all work with a smile. Well organised shop and deliver service saves a lot of effort. Even allow changes to items you want to take home with a simle. Lines always changing but cab get all you need
