I recently visited Thieves Kitchen with some friends for an afternoon and drinks and we had the BEST time!
Kelly, our bartender and server was SO friendly and made a huge fuss of our dog too - even filming him for the doggy beer choice challenge!
The food was fabulous, really well presented and lovely big portions.
We will definitely be back to visit!
We have been invited to the quiz this evening so really looking forward to that. We have already eaten- the small plates are perfect for a little bit of something different. My husband is enjoying a cold Neck Oil and I am thoroughly enjoying my passion fruit gin. The staff here are engaged and chatty which is nice to see. The venue is airy and clean and plenty of space for wheelchair users. They even have a portable ramp and have just helped a lady in her electronic chair to get over the small step at the entrance. Great job Thieves Kitchen
Earlier in the year I needed to start using a mobility scooter. This made it difficult to get into the pub for my regular knit and natter group. Kelly was brilliant and helped organise getting a ramp making it a breeze to get in each week. When I arrive I just give a wave and either Kelly or any staff member will come and help put the ramp out. They are always so helpful.
Thank you so much Kelly ❤️♿
Came to watch the football, always a better time when we win! The 3 for £8 shots deal went down well with me and my colleagues. One of them was celebrating a birthday and one of the staff came sang to him haha. She let us know about the Karaoke on a Friday- sounds like a laugh. The service was good. Kelly and Tiger are attentive and friendly
Myself and a group of friends came in Friday just gone for Karaoke and the Thieves did not disappoint.
We had an amazing time and the staff are so lovely.
Lewis (got his name from another staff member) looked after us most of the night and really made us feel welcome.
Tom was great too. He got the entire pub joining in with a couple of songs and really went for it.
We've got a few birthdays coming up so might be looking to book the games room in the near future.
We had been to this pub before and eaten so when we returned recently, we decided to have lunch here again.
Unfortunately this time we had an issue with our food order. On highlighting our concerns with the bar staff, we were approached by Kelly who was very keen to ensure that the situation could be resolved. She was very professional and her customer service was exceptional.
The food we ordered on this occasion was very tasty and we really enjoyed it and would have no hesitation on returning again when we are next in the area.
I've been using this pub for over 30 years and it still remains a favourite. Its changed names a few times but still has a homely feel to it the staff are always friendly and more than happy to help. The function room has developed into a state of the art games area with smart dartboards, pool tables, shufflebosrds and plenty of screens so you can watch the latest games live in all areas. The drinks and food are usual green king which is good trustworthy quality. Its clean throughout and well maintained. Friday and Saturday night it is so popular as a pre club bar that most people stay as long as possible. There is outside seating on Warwick Street so you can watch the world go by.
Five stars for this great pub. Team are engaging and talkative. The atmosphere is really cool. We played pool and had a great time. Kelly let us know about the karaoke on Friday and also the live music on Sunday which sounds great
We have just visited Thieves Kitchen on our most recent visit to Worthing. Kelly and Ash are most welcoming, we were able to enjoy the atmosphere, sit and read for a bit while enjoying a drink and some yummy nachos. Thank you and will see you again soon 😊
Really lovely pub. I think her name was Kelly? Couldn’t do enough for us. She really made our evening.
