Unfortunately we arrived late for our booking but the staff could not of been more accommodating and helpful. Very friendly staff, with extremely good service, great decoration and of course really good food, caters well for vegetarians, all fresh and tasty, thoroughly enjoyed our meal here. If you've not been I recommend very highly. Thank you Salsa Viva Cantina

A little gem of a place to add to Worthing's growing list of great, independent eateries. The menu is full of fresh ingredients from start to finish and provides a surprising array of options. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the food on offer. Good job guys !

Amazing Mexican food, possibly the best guacomole I've tasted! Lovely atmosphere and the friendliest staff...definitely one of the best places to eat in Worthing.

My friend used to call this type of food soul food. After you eat it you feel happy and satisfied. Really tasty. Great value and good selection for the gluten free amongst us. Highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful food, wonderful staff and a very cute little dining area. Been here 4-5 times in the last few months and it just gets better every time - there’s a new vegan section on the menu too for those looking around for vegan-friendly places!

Exceptional food. Service was excellent. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. So much choice and lots of amazing flavours. Beef tacos were sublime as were the pork. It was so difficult to choose so we had a plate of each. Very highly recommended.

Small cantina, but surprisingly busy, with lots of reserved tables! (So I’d recommend you book if you want to avoid disappointment) Staff were knowledgeable on gluten free diet and very helpful. Delicious food! I had the beef tacos, and nachos with ‘the full works’. There was even an option of 2 delicious gluten free desserts 😋 I would say well worth the price!

We booked for dinner on a Saturday. It was quite quiet to be honest. Margarita’s were great. Food was good, nothing amazing. Not much of an atmosphere, probably as it was quiet. Clean toilet facilities.

Very small, friendly waitress. Menu consists of tacos, burritos and quesadillas, all elaborately prepared. The title 'Cantina' describes the ambiance adequately. We're not Mexican food fanatics, and we were surprised at the lack of fajitas and chilli, but the food was well presented and tasty. Distancing between the tables was good, despite the compactness of the restaurant. Nothing wrong with the food or the restaurant, but just a bit too authentic for us!

Tldr; Lovely mexican restaurant serving delicious food with a friendly service. Charming small Mexican restaurant located in Worthing centre. When I went on a Thursday evening we were there till about 8 and there was only ever a few tables taken up at any time. If you're a large group it might be best to call up and book just incase. Can't fault the service, it's only a couple of people running the whole restaurant and do really well in ensuring everyone was looked after. Loved the meal I had which was a Pibil Pork burrito which was delicious, packed delicious goodness (coriander rice, black turtle beans, cheddar cheese, Pico de Gallo, mixed leaves and Greek yogurt). You also get to pick a salsa on the side of your choice. The only thing I would liked to have changed if possible is to have my burrito as one piece when served as opposed to being cut in half. Also the tortilla chips, so good!

Delicious Mexican food. A small menu but all well prepared and a few "something different". Lovely magharitas and nice for a romantic meal (not too noisy). Book in advance as my a few tables.

Want a place! Limited covers, so book ahead. Well worth it. Had the short rib and molé tacos which were deep in flavour and the pork pibil tacos had a sublime hint of orange. 2 tacos and a starter were more than enough. Incredibly friendly staff, making time to chat and want to know about us. Fantastic service. Can't believe this place has been around 6 years. A hidden gem

So glad we got a table here, my son had been meaning to go for a while. The already very good reputation was definitely accurate, a very warm welcome attentive staff. Drinks impeccable the food on point. Highly recommended if you love your Mexican food and want a fun night out go here. Even the back ground music was great.. 😂
