Lovely restaurant in the heart of Worsley. They have a small car park behind the restaurant which is convenient but there is also some free parking just down the road, and it's in a good spot to see the rest of Worsley village.

Absolutely could not be faulted. Thoroughly enjoyed every course. Especially the steak and ale pie, with exceptional pastry & the white chocolate and cardamom tart, which was well balanced in flavour and very, very moreish.
Visited George's for our 21st wedding anniversary and so glad we did. The staff were fantastic and looked after us superbly...and the food was gorgeous. Highly recommend the king prwns from the light bites menue as a starter!
We went on a Friday night when George's was properly bustling. This did not, however, affect the quality of the service, which was attentive and prompt. We called in for brunch with friends and had a lovely time. Pleasant staff, nice touches to our dining experience and not too expensive. All round good food. Nicer tables to be had upstairs overlooking the canal. Piped music a little too loud though
I've never been here before, so I booked a table for Valentine’s Day. Called the restaurant as we were running about 10 minutes late, and that was no issue.
Got there and was seated right away. I got a table in the corner, which was nice, and also a red rose on the table for all dinners, nice Valent

From the Sunday lunch menu I had the chicken dish starter with pomegranates. Nice. Although I'm not a veggie I had the nut roast which was yummy and different. F
Well presented and tasty food, first time I've had a Cod Kiev and it was delicious, the prices are decent and the atmospehere is very cozy.
The burger was a bit basic and dry and even though there was barely anyone dining in at the time, the service was a bit slow with no seeming shortage of staff
Had a lovely family meal there on 3rd September. Ten of us all thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. The food is delicious, no complaints at all.
Really nice evening for a family celebration. Food was excellent and there was a good selection of drinks available. All the staff were happy, helpful and extremely efficient.
I wasn’t paying, so I can’t comment on price, but menu choice has certainly improved since my last visit several years ago.

The staff were more than lovely although left us a little toward the end when it got busy.

Enjoyed tapas style menu choices. Margarita was yummy. History meets contemporary styling here.
Had the early bird special, the mackerel was nice but slightly underwhelming. The risotto however was spectacular and really enjoyable. The staff were wonderful and welcoming and truly added to the dining experience. Would definitely go again.
We dropped by George's for a late breakfast after a tiring 13 hour flight into Manchester. The food was good, the service was excellent - special shout out to Benn who handled our order and even allowed our 6yo to hot spot from his personal mobile phone.
Food was delicious. The interior looks beautiful. Just was little chaos with our drink order, but staff was helpful.
