We chose to have my husbands 65th birthday celebrations at WOH because they've never let us down. There were 13 of us on Saturday. Lauren who attended the room we were in was very efficient ,helpful and reassuring to me-a stressed out wife of the birthday boy. The manager that day was very professional in dealing with our guest who was unhappy with her steak. The food was great and so was the service. My husband had a wonderful time-we were there for 4 hours and were made to feel very welcome.

A fantastic hidden gem. First time visiting today and definitely not the last. The place is stunning inside and out. Decoration complemented the building. The staff were fantastic! Very helpful and provided a warm welcome. We had coffee and breakfast this morning and the food was incredible nice and a good choice. I'd recommend booking a table in advance to get the beat tables. The place is large and would suit large bookings, family parties or weddings. I'd highly recommend a visit if you're a couple wanting a relaxing drink. I noticed events for life music advertised aswell. They had an amazing outside area that will be fantastic in the summertime with space for children to enjoy as well as adults. There's a plenty of walking trails on the door step and we found parking easy and with plenty of spots 10/10

10/10 Sunday roast. Great portion size, great service especially our waiter Jordan. Delicious deserts, and the wine went down a treat. Cozy setting ✨️ 😌

Amazing pub in a beautiful building with a lovely beer garden. Can get busy on weekends. Food looks great though we only went for drinks unfortunately.

Been eating out at Worsley Old Hall for over 25 years now, because it has lovely ambience and outside gardens beautifully set out-- and ideal for families, keeping kids happy. But regrettably, over time, the menu has become less than exciting,, the portions,( okay for a child) and prices far from value for money. - you need to increase food portions-- to match your prices, at a more acceptable level. Three of us went home still feeling peckish, after spending £69 on mains with a drink-not good!! So come on Worsley Old Hall management, get your act together-- you have a fantastic venue-- so give us fantastic food!!! 😘

A gastro-pub that relies on the neighbours (both in the surrounding area and the hotel next-door, which it is unconnected to) for most of its trade. It's a beautiful old building with a massive beer-garden and plenty of space inside, too (but it is advisable to book a table for food). The food is divine, and come in at just under £10 for the starters and often just under £20 for the mains. While some staples remain, the menu is revised daily. I've pretty much eaten my way through the menu, and there was nothing that was below par. There's a good selection of drinks (including non- alcoholic options, which is gadget as there is a large car park) Front of house staff are attentive and polite, although you get the impression that for some it is a stop-gap whilst waiting for sobering better to come up. Some are friendly and chatty, but should perhaps take more care about what they say (regaling patrons about how hungover they are following the night before is not to everyone's liking!). Seasonal specials (pigs in blankets, mulled wine, and -yes- Christmas trees) are available, too, at this time of year..

Nice meal and beautiful surroundings. Good selection on the menu and food of a high quality. Great selection of beers. 1 star off for service. When presented with the card machine for the bill it had the %s to add for a tip. I said “15” to which the server took as £15 and not 15%. I didn’t notice until I was back at the hotel and seen the charge on my card. £15 was about a 30% tip! 😄 Ah well, never mind, I hope it made the servers night but one to watch out for.
