I came here for lunch with family on a Thursday afternoon so the pub was quite quiet at the time which is lucky because there aren't a lot of tables in the small space that they have. Such a beautiful place, the whole vibe is amazing. Rooms are clean & modern, and the beds are huge. Food is great too, lovely menu and friendly attentive staff - highly recommended .
Delicious food but service laughably sloooooow. Luckily we were not in a rush and the pub is delightfully located and super cute. Staff were friendly but didn't have initiative to offer anything other than many apologies for the long delays
Excellent lunch there yesterday. Stopped off on spec, and had a delightful meal of spiced cauliflower soup (strongly recommend) followed by a superb pheasant kiev, accompanied by celeriac. A good mix on the menu of traditional pub food and innovative, different choices. A good selection of beers as
What a great pub. Can’t really tell much about the food because we stopped for a couple of pints only. Great outdoors space and a lovely pub inside. Will come back.
Just popped in for a 1/2 pint and Ploughman's, sadly not on the menu but the chef made 2 delisous ploughman's, very tasty indeed. Service excellent. Only 1/2 pint for me but very nice. Yes I will call again when on the area.

The BEST food we had even in the UK. Fantastic flavours, simple yet delightful, homemade delicious bread and impeccable service. A place to cozy up and have a good time. Great accommodation, clean and warm. So welcome and great with children, with a small playground and green fields all around.
Stayed here whilst visiting family. Lovely rooms, all good breakfast.
