The main shop was clean and tidy, the staff was friendly and quick, the tables are adequately spaced for social distancing purposes, the food was a real delight, everything tasted nice and fresh, the restroom could have been better but still we felt very satisfied.
Very kind lady, served up my subs with everything how I wanted it. Was not pressured into buying anything else or putting sauce's on, I dislike sauce's. She was very polite and did her job with great professionalism.
Always good food but staff flustered when I asked for gluten free as noone knew which bread was the correct one. Overall good Customer service think just needed a bit more info for staff in this instance
Had a Meatball Sandwich... Along with drink.. was okay - woman behind the counter was a little boring and felt like she wasnt happy serving us (a little bit of a smile goes a long way) but other than that was acceptable. Oh and the sandwich was waaaay hotter than last time and nearly burnt me after
The food is really nice but the service is really slow, sometimes only one person is serving and it takes ages to get your food. I was waiting for 10 mins to be served the other day as the staff member was out the back and didn't check to see if anyone was waiting.
Subway is one of my favourite places to pick up lunch when I'm in town. The food at Worksop is always fresh and tasty and the staff are quick and friendly enough. I never eat in the shop as it is not a very nice place to spend time. It could do with brightening up and they need to clear the tables
I loved the sandwiches at this restaurant, the client service was on point, they ran out of Fanta but before I could get to the third bite of my 6 inch sandwich, I was given a free cookie to go with my drink that was brought to me late but in a bigger size cup than I ordered. The staff member who served was really polite and engaged in conversation with me. I had to wait for something and he apologised. Overall great service!
I love Subway. This shop is clean, and when the tables become dirty the staff clean them immediately. The toilet is clean. The food is great. Will return.
