Just been to La Roca for a spot of Tapas for lunch with my 6 year old boy. The food was delicious and the waitress was very helpful advising on portion sizes. My little lad had a mermaid freak shake and as the waitress said that it was the first one that she had made, Noah loved it and drew her a gold star as he liked it that much. We also had some Churros which he were lovely. All in all we had a lovely lunch. Would highly recommend.
We came for a meal on Thursday and it was amazing. From the homemade blueberry lemonade, we shared a mixed cold platter of cold meats, cheese, bread, and salad items followed by the chicken and chorizo paella. Have to say it was all absolutely delicious, only wish we had time for a dessert and coffee but we had to go to cinema. To top it all, the waitress was so friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to visit again very soon. What a gem �
We had a fantastic evening from start to finish this place is truly fantastic the food was top notch the service was fantastic and the staff are very tentative towards you without being over bearing also the drinks are really great to , I would highly recommend la Roca to any one make sure u book early though as its easy to see why they are always fully booked at weekends.
Had afternoom tea for Mother's Day. Beautiful food, huge pot of tea and great price. The atmosphere is lovely and the staff really friendly. Can't wait to go back and have tapas and cocktails � x
I went for my 50th birthday I had a fantastic time the staff was very helpful and friendly. First time for tapas I am a very fussy eater but I tried some different options I really enjoyed them. The food was excellent. The cocktails are to die for. The price complement how the food is worth every penny same for the cocktails. FANTASTIC xxx
We went at lunch time today and shared 4 tapas dishes off the lunch menu. They were lovely, we really enjoyed them. The staff were really friendly and would definitely recommend.
Brilliant restaurant. Went for my sisters birthday and the service was outstanding. We had two children in the party and on arrival the staff fetched them toys to keep them amused. They fetched my sister a free cocktail and cupcake while singing Happy Birthday to her.. Friendly happy staff.. Would recommend to anyone.
Called In this evening in the hope there was a free table. Much to our delight there was. Food and staff were fab and I enjoyed sampling a few cocktails. Would recommend anyone to give it a try
Just got back from a lovely evening! Although it took a while for food, it was fresh and tasted delicious! Such a lovely ambience and staff couldn’t do enough for us! Great service and great food! Will definitely be back!

Absolutely fabulous evening last night to celebrate Mum's birthday. Tapas beautiful, drink selection outstanding and the attentive service was second to none. Staff went above & beyond for all 19 of our party by adding special personal touches to make our night memorable. Can't recommend enough, thank you La Roca x
Popped in for a drink and the place was full yet they were so accommodating to us, staff were so lovely. Food looked and smelt amazing so will definitely be coming again!
Went here for my leaving dinner and a friend's graduation. The staff were amazing, food plentiful and very tasty (love the Spain-Worksop hybrid manchego cheesy chips!) - great halloumi, mushrooms, chicken in blue cheese were my favourites. very touched that they even put a lovely bunch of flowers on our table as a farewell gesture - so thoughtful.
The serving staff were lovely - very patient with our big group and happy to help with anything.

Had a great night and really enjoyed every aspect of La Roca. The decor is great and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We had a selection of tapas to start and the food was faultless. We then had paella for a main and that too was amazing. All very tasty and beautifully cooked. Will definitely be back to try other dishes on the menu and maybe try some more of the different gins on offer.

Stopped for a coffee break on a recommendation at La Roca.
We were not disappointed, lovely atmosphere, great coffee, can’t wait to visit again for tapas.

Sue is amazing owner who always looks after her clients to the detail. I just tell her to surprise me and she always does every thing so delicious and beautiful decorated. We also order the Tapas box for a small work party and it’s so good with the cocktail as well . The Malt House is good atmosphere, nice good , amazing drink and best owner .
Called in for a quick drink ended up stopping until closing time! What a find will definitely not be the last time we visit! Just love their own brand Gin really smooth and tasty! We didn't eat there but will next time we go...
Booked in for the tapas this visit and we weren't disappointed, the food was delicious! The atmosphere was great and the staff really pleasant, couldn't do enough for us! The mushrooms in blue cheese are amazing and the salt and rosemary fries, but everything was lovely we didn't leave a thing!! Give it a go we'd highly recommend it!

Considered being our first time visit servings a tad slow, but acceptable!
Young waitress not very happy on being asked for fresh glasses due to looking very unclean.
Other staff very attentive and pleasant.
Food was very good.
Possibly heating be up a degree or two.
Would I return, very much so.
What a lovely place to enjoy a fine Coffee. The decor is fresh and has a warm feel to it, the seating area is well laid out and the staff are lovely.
I had a meeting at this venue and it felt very relaxing while I enjoyed a cup of fine Coffee. Good prices and great service. Well worth a visit!
The food was beautiful, the home made cocktails were just as good, but the staff have made the evening I have had with my wife amazing. They were so friendly and hardworking, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be going back. Cheers guys
The new function room at The Malt House is absolutely perfect for private functions, hen parties, baby showers and business meetings like ours. Susan & Richard look after you so well with a big smiles and great refreshments. It has a lovely big screen and lots of charging points . We recommend.

This is the 2nd time we have dined here, the Tapas menu has plenty of choices. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the chef is highly skilled. If you are looking for perfection and deliciously cooked food then this is the place for you. How nice to be able to stay in Worksop and have such a delightful venue. Highly recommended !!
I booked this restaurant for my 30th & had a brilliant night. I was pleasantly surprised by balloons & a birthday banner on the table when me & my friends arrived. I also had a Birthday card from the staff (I hadn't asked for it either). The food was lovely as well as the drinks. When my partner & I asked for a bottle of wine the waitress was able to recommend one to us. At the end of the night I was once again surprised by the staff singing Happy Birthday & bringing me a muffin with a sparkler in, which I also had not asked for. Although I would say if you order the paella it is definitely ment to be shared between 2 people at least. There was 8 of us including myself & was given a table along the wall to the right as you walk in. We went in on Saturday 9th February 2019 & had our table booked for 7.30. You also are not rushed in any way, the table is yours for the night.

Excellent venue, with superb food and a great range of cocktails. If you fancy something a little bit different, you will not be disappointed. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

- Ordered a cod plate and the size of the fish was rediculous even for tapas.
- Didn't have a specific ale, I would have tried.
- Cocktails arent really cocktails.
All in all a great place, especially for Worksop. I would say if they stuck to serving great food, and good wine and beer, they would do well Cocktails is an extra they don't need to do.
