The late was ok, so was the fruit loaf. However, the dirty chai late was overly sweet and I'm not sure if it had the espresso shot in it that got paid for. Peculiar Saturday morning clientele of elderly local people who all know eachother for an espresso hipster bar vibe. 😅

Delicious coffee, the best around! Pricing is fair for the quality and to support a local business that obviously take pride in their craft.

Lovely little coffee shop, the coffee cake was absolutely amazing and the latte was really nice. All home roasted coffee and home made cakes. Absolutely lovely staff and great atmosphere.

If you love decent coffee a visit here is a must! I was thrilled to find it still open at 2 pm on a Sunday! Roasted in house. Try the espresso in a cup from the freezer, for the fullest taste!

Fantastic coffee, cakes and toast served here, all hand roasted or made onsite. Our go-to coffee shop which is more than worth the 50 mile round trip !!!! Highly recommended 👌

I love a nice local coffee and Piccolo makes the best coffee out of all the coffee shops in Worksop . The shop has got a lot of character as well. I love to go there every morning before work and my fav drink is Chai Latte. Worth to try xx

My go to place for a quiet coffee & the most indulgent toast. The toasted sourdough and fruit loafs are to die for. As I no longer live locally, me & my boyfriend attempt (but fail miserably) to replicate the amazing sourdough toast they sell here at home. The coffee is the best around. I also ordered some ground coffee to be delivered to my home during lockdown. The coffee arrived quickly and tasted perfect. 5* always.

The best coffee I have had, and I have tried Tony 3/4 specials, a jean coffee enthusiast who is also an amazing baker. Those cakes on his counters should be ignored at all costs if your inclined in any way to put weight on. The Sourdough toast/fruit bread is phenomenal He would have cues down the street if he was in a bigger town. Worth a trip if you live within 30 miles of Worksop You won’t find better

I discovered this little gem yesterday. Fantastic coffee (one of the best cappuccinos I’ve ever had) and although I didn’t eat, the cakes etc looked amazing. Highly recommended.

I knew Mr Straw when the shop was a grocer's; I even went to his parent's house as a 12/13 year old; i.e. Mr Straw's House. I watched the grocery store change into a motor factors, and later into Mr Straw's cafe, which was good. But this was my first visit to Piccolo Espresso Bar. It was super and I will go again. The coffee and cakes were excellent as was the service and surroundings. It's great to see Worksop being rewarded with such an excellent establishment. I'll go again and so should you. But what am I saying??? I should be keeping this little secret to myself, so sshh. Don't tell anyone!!!

Visiting Worksop, found Piccolo’s and at once you can see the passion and time taken to produce excellent coffee and homemade cake’s exceeded all my expectations.

Lovely hidden gem of a cafe. Great coffee and delicious cakes. Quiet idyllic set-up with a quirky modern come rustic feel. You'll need cash here though which is my only criticism.
