Great food, service a bit slow...don't know if slow service is normal here due to it was our first time there but I will definitely going back to try some more meals.
just popped in about 2 ish and just had sweet potato chips and Belgium chips.
the Belgium chips were the best chips I tasted.

Food freshly cooked, and presented lovely and tasted delicious.
Next time I'll book due to being disabled I was shown a 2 seated table, however the chairs were tub chairs, where I needed a upright seat (if that makes sense) and they were only for people in a party of 4 or more.

Booked an hour before arrival, staff are super friendly and we were sat by the window looking out over the hills. Food and service was excellent, we had 4hr Lamb shank and Rump steak, presentation and flavour were spot on. Would definitely recommend Oilys 👌💥

Excellent food. Great service. Really enjoyed the Ennerdale Blonde. Had the fish cakes and then the steak pie. Wife had the breaded mushrooms and veg fajita's. Would definately return.
