We've been here three times now and we've never been disappointed. The menu changes regularly, so there's always been something new for us to try.
Lovely pub along the a272. We dropped in on the off chance they could accommodate us on a Saturday afternoon. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. They offer a great selection of vegan options, more than most pubs, and the dishes were amazing, the pumpkin madras was delicious!! Im sure we will be back to try the other options!!
After a very very long walk we were greeted by pleasant and friendly staff. Distancing rules were explained right away. Drinks were served quickly and the quality on offer was superb. Food was well portioned, priced and also served fast. A lovely pub in a scenic village. Hope to come back soon :)
We had a very good meal in spacious, pleasent surroundings. The Pub has put excellent covid safe measures in place and we were very well look after by the friendly and helpful staff. We had a home cooked chicken and hame pie with seasonal veg and a very tasty grave. The menu is top notch pub food and we will definitely be back.
Hands down THE BEST FISH n CHIPS we've EVER had and we've had A LOT of fish n chips!! ALL the food was exceptional. QUALITY PUB, excellent food and drinks, super friendly staff and easy parking, which is always a plus. 5 STARS ******
Greeted by staff in masks, to protect their customers, even in 30C+ heat. Food was great, my wife had a lovely risotto, my son chicken goujon and I a steak. All were tasty and the dessert was good too. Highly recommended. Also there was a disabled toilet but my son didn't need to use it.
