The lady I have had serve me before, she is really good and the guy is super friendly, guessing he was the manager/team leader today. He was a laugh as well.
Booked for a table of 9 for my girlfriends graduation and we were so looked after! Thank you so much to management for giving us the best table in the house at the back with the view of the cathedral. Massively impressed and food was excellent!
Went for partner's birthday. Friendly staff, good atmosphere and we really enjoyed the food.
What a wonderful evening we had on Saturday 23rd celebrating our daughters birthday. Our waitress Dani was exceptional ! her happy smiling face and service made sure everything was perfect. The food and atmosphere was spot on too. There was six of us in our party and everyone enjoyed the food and evening. It was our first visit to The Botanist Worcester and we will definitely be returning again. Thank you for a fantastic evening Dani we had a great time !
We had a fantastic Sunday birthday lunch. The lamb in particular was delicious.
The staff, especially Nico were very attentive and informative.
The live music was also a nice touch and added to our overall enjoyment.
The lady behind the bar appeared to be inundated with orders, perhaps another bar person would be helpful to speed up drinks service?
Very busy on a weekend, still have to wait a little bit even though we're booked. Once inside, service was great, friendly staff. The atmosphere was great especially with the band singing in the background. I ordered a pork belly kebab which taste great but some of my colleagues didn't like their pasta. Overall, highly recommended but be sure to booked ahead.
The office had booked this place for a company function. Started with satay chicken skewers, cheese burger for mainland knickerbocker glory for dessert. We had a large party and, once we were all seated, the staff made sure everyone had room and and didn't stop until everyone's orders had been filled on each course. The bar staff, the wait staff, the decor and the food were all fantastic. No complaints at all and would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
Wow What an amazing place.... The decoration is breathtaking, the food is unbelievable and the service is excellent. Our server today was Bruna and she was extremely polite and went above and beyond. Thank you for this fantastic experience we shall definitely be back again to enjoy ♥️ xxx
We just called in to try a couple of their cocktails we have heard so much about and there is a huge choice plus some seasonal specials.
You will also find some non-alcoholic ones that sound terrific.
Although we did not eat as we had sadly already eaten before we discovered where it was as we live out of the area. The dishes we saw coming out smelt wonderful and will be back to try them.
Great atmosphere in here and worth a visit for that special treat or night out.
The staff were inviting and welcomed us giving us a choice of table.
Service was 1st class and watching the bar tender create the cocktails showed their creative skills in making terrific tasting cocktails.
We went just after lunchtime but will definitely go back again.
Went on the opening day and I can already say the food was amazing, such a cool variety of drinks as well with unique flavours, especially loved the lily pad sour and the berry colada; not to mention the environment and atmosphere of the place was gorgeous, absolutely love the naturalistic feel to the restaurant. Our server was Cleo and she was super attentive, gave good recommendations and it felt very welcoming to be served by her, will definitely be coming back!
Service was good and staff friendly. Easy to order from your table. Some drinks, particularly wine, are expensive but cocktails less so.
Very well looked after by the staff. A great selection of drinks. However the food was a little pricey for what you are getting. Steak would have been perfect with a little bit of salad on the side given the price point. Other than that, a great experience.
Stunning location and decor. Tables feel intimate and not too crowded. Would recommend booking in advance. Food was great. But they seemed short staffed. Only 2 staff on a Sunday afternoon?? Took ages to get the bill.
Had dinner for my birthday on NYE and can’t rave enough about it. The food was amazing, Bay Leaf & Pear cocktail was gorgeous! Such a friendly team and the live music gave an amazing atmosphere, will be back!
Celibrating a friend's wedding anniversary we had a fabulous meal. From the get go we were greatest and tested really well..shout out to Danie out waitress for the evening. Great food great atmosphere made the evening really special
