Food was delicious and fresh. Really friendly staff. Clean shop. It was a bit empty at lunch but after looking at reviews we decided to order. Not disappointed the portions were so big.
The burgers were amazingly soft and very tasty. Served quickly by Ryan who was fantastic and helped with our dietary requirements. Nothing was to much hassle to him and helped us cheerfully. Thanks to all staff for enjoyable experience. We will be back.

First visit to Fiveguys. The burger was outstanding, absolutely delicious.The fries were disappointing, a bit dry and overcooked. Milkshake was good. Staff are friendly and the place is clean. I'll definitely order another burger, but might skip the fries next time. Over all, good experience.

Five guys is nothing different from other franchises in other cities but the Worcester branch is cool. The staff are friendly. I ordered a double cheese bacon burger and fries. The burger was succulent and juicy. The portion of their fries was surprisingly plenty.

Tasty burgers and usually loads of fries. I enjoy a five guys from time to time, but better value and better burgers can be found at independents for roughly the same price. No good vegetarian options - basically just burger without the patty.
Very friendly staff, absolutely delicious food, convenient location but it is quite expensive compared to McDonalds or KFC but you are paying for more premium food. But one of the best things is how much fries they give you, they always throw in another portion of fries in your bag!

Walked in there and was pretty annoyed as I had to count twice but there was 4!!! 4 I tell you guys in there. I waited but 3 women turned up.and 2 guys left. So the good was great but very misleading.
