Service and atmosphere isn't down to staff down to the other customers that was in there on the day that my partner and I went in they was loud disrespectful and act like they own the place and stopping other customers placing their orders and they could see that they was very best and they was 4 me

I accidentally ordered a regular popcorn chicken and I wanted a large so I asked in the next drive through window if I could swap it and a lovely lady told me that she would change it to a large with no extra charge. 10/10 thanks.😌
Went into kfc for a quick bite to eat. Place was clean. The staff were superb, couldn't do anymore to make you feel welcome and always with a massive smile
