I would like to put a review in as I had great service today. Two ladies assisted me as the self checkout was being a little temperamental.
I then wen to the man on customer service who I have to say is always very helpful I don’t his name but he is very distinguishable as he’s supper tall with a great Mustache and breed.
He’s always happy and helpful.
He’s a credit to Asda Worcester.
I recently went in and ordered a breakfast brunch and left without eating mostly none of it. The case was (eyes too big scene) lovely place and excellent staff. Sorry fo r leaving a good plate of food.
And to the person who said they were a bunch of crooks,they are in fact a brunch of cookies. And good at that.
I needed some wool washing liquid when I arrived at Asda this morning. I had forgotten my glasses & couldn’t read any of the labels on the back of the bottles. Two fantastic female Asda employees helped me get the product I needed without fuss or making me feel stupid. Staff, in this particular store, are always patient, polite & nothing is ever too much trouble. Thank you.
