The Cafe At The Hive - Worcester - Photo album

Great facilities, nice environment, open late - a really nice (and free) place to spend some time. Can find a quiet place to do some work (with cafe coffee) or to have fun pouring through the children's books and enjoy the play sections. Worcestershire team involved should be proud of this library,
Very nice place. I love coming in here whenever I visit Worcester. This place has lots of great facilities including a wide variety of rentable books, loads of Windows computers, rentable meeting rooms, communal areas, a council service centre (Worcester Hub) study areas and a business centre. Loved this iconic modern building .in a very modern surrounding
it is the best place to have peace when my mind is full of chaos, like get any book and lost in transition of imagination of your creative conscious mind, staff is undoubtably significant and people are genuinely friendly, love this place......
Amazing place to study and get some work done. What sets this place apart is how integrated both the university and the public libraries are and how rich and up-to-date the selection of books is. Fantastic upkeep as well.
A decent cup of coffee. The library itself is impressive if architecturally not to everyone's taste.
We love the hive for wacky Wednesday, my little one has gained so much confidence because of this place.
This is a great place to come. Whether you want to grab a coffee or something from the cafe or get a book. I use it for research, either on the computer or the archives. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. You can also simply grab a sandwich and sit outside and enjoy the view.
Definitely one of the best Almost has everything in it Guide has been attached
A lovely place and archive staff were really friendly and helpful
Really nice library with a great selection of books and many places to work / study. The staff are all really helpful and the place is really clean! Cafe was good too, tasty n pretty cheap.
Lovely place nice a lot of books to read and it has almost any style of book you could want, it's also nice and quiet. They have young adults books adults books and younger books and kids books. Great place has a nice Caffe. Very peaceful too.
A lovely spacious library with a down-to-earth café. The café is an airy corner and very pleasant on a Saturday.
Nice place, modern, clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Great selection of books. Open till 10 pm
so fun my grandad daughter loves it there
I work from home, so have to get out now and again to have a walk and a change of scene. This is the ideal place to work for an afternoon. Light, airy, interesting, civilised. Lots of desks, so you can usually find somewhere quiet. If you want proper silence, there's a room for that up top. There's
An impressive building that still retains a feeling of relaxed friendliness. A great place to read or study, striking a good balance between books and technology. In the heart of the city and connected to a main shopping centre, it couldn't be better situated.
I'm in my element at the Hive surrounded by books and historical references. One of my favourite places to visit and spend an hour or so browsing the shelves. Furnished areas for reading and plenty of tables and surfaces for working. Great that it opens late so there's no excuse not to have a book.
Great building which is always at the correct temperature. Plenty of space for study including silent spaces. Computers are reliable if a little sluggish and availability can be compromised if it is especially busy. This is probably only the case since it is such a great place to work or play games
