Best place for a shopping break!
My first time in Worcester. It's a sunny day and busking with beautiful weather. I grabbed a cappuccino at Costa and the staff are friendly and helpful. Very spacious and clean. They have a variety of cakes and other snacks. The service was quick. The table arrangement was great. Toilets are clean. Overall this is quite a nice Costa.
My Hot chocolate was lovely. This young lad I presume was doing his Costa training, was also serving great customer service as well as doing his training. The drinks were made at a great pace, and the toastie was on top ⬆️.
Have been coming to this Costa for a while now and absolutely love the atmosphere. Whether you are here to work, chill with friends or just have a coffee, it's the perfect place to do so.
Called in for a coffee. Decided to have a slice of cake as well. Service was great, very polite and prompt. Cake was delicious and cappuchino excellent.
Mid-afternoon break, peppermint tea and cake. Nice and clean. Good friendly staff. Busy, but plenty of space. Just on the outskirts of the city ideally located by car parks. Good place to pop in before drive onwards or home.
Lovely place to sit when the sun is out. Always a great coffee...
Nice pit stop can sit outside or indoors it was clean and tidy and the staff were helpful to wheelchair users that came in. Although soft drinks for young ones are very limited the smoothie carton was welcomed by the little one iced latte hit the spot and we shared the slice of cake. Recommend it for that coffee pit stop.
Always good, staff helpful brought my tray to the table as I have mobility issues
The quality and flavour of costa coffee, along with the wide range of coffees in particular is amazing! They also have a wide range of other beverages, cold as well as hot! It does tend to be on the pricey side but the quality is stunning and most definitely well worth the cost of a coffee !
Love love love this store staff are polite friendly and after going everyday since the day they opened (apart from lockdown and when there closed) its like home from home ! My order is always on point even down to them knowing when I change to winter and summer drinks ! The staff really do make this store can't ask for better there's always plenty of space inside and outside they go above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience thanks guys and girls...Julie ur amazing ...Jo,patty,milena,and so many more never change ur the best !
Friendliest service I've had in any coffee shop for some time. And a good coffee too.
After months of lockdown and shielding we ventured out to the city and ended up in Costa Coffee in St Martin's quarter, Worcester. Both members of staff were very friendly. A good cup of coffee becomes a great cup of coffee when the staff make you feel so welcome. Patricia and her colleague certainly earned five stars as well as the coffee.

Went here with family and it was very busy, we were lucky to get a table but many people were left without somewhere to sit. However, this isn't something that can be helped with social distancing and the fact that it is small. Otherwise very good.
